2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a well-established member has not been used as this kind of partition-piercing pipe member, but a pipe member to be piped through a partition wall forming a fire-prevention section by a method described below. Fire protection has been provided. That is, around the pipe material that is piped through the partition wall forming the fire prevention compartment, the partition pipe penetrating portion and a normal pipe portion connected to both ends thereof are formed as separate structures, and both of these connection portions are formed. Fire protection was applied throughout. A conventional structure will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 10 shows a conventional structure in which a piping material 2 is laid through a partition 1 such as a fire wall or a floor. In the vicinity of the partition 1, a partition penetration part A whose outer wall is formed by a nonflammable sleeve 3 is provided, and normal piping parts B, B connected to both ends are provided. On the other hand, the normal piping portions B, B connected to the partition wall penetrating portion A are formed to have substantially the same diameter as the partition wall penetrating portion A. And the connection part C of both parts A and B is a non-combustible tape T,
It is coated in a double winding. The partition 1 and the sleeve 3
The space between them is backfilled with mortar or heat-resistant sealing material 7. With such a configuration, the entire pipe member 2 between the normal pipe sections B has been subjected to the fire prevention treatment. However, in the above-described configuration, a complicated operation of covering the connection portion C with the non-combustible tape T is necessary, and particularly, the piping material 2 that is piped to a narrow corner portion or a ceiling portion at a high position is used in the above-described conventional configuration. When the fire prevention treatment is performed by the construction method, the coating work may be very complicated and workability may be poor. Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a device (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 1-1) capable of solving these disadvantages.
No. 17531). That is, this corresponds to FIG.
And a pair of caps 4 and 4 attached to both ends of the sleeve 3 as shown in FIG. When the pipe member P is mounted on the sleeve 3, caps 4 are attached to both ends of the sleeve 3 in a sealed state. After the sleeve 3 surrounds the pipe member 2, the sleeve 3 and a partition wall through which the sleeve 3 penetrates. 1
The gap between the gap and the gap between the cap 4 and the piping material 2 can be simply filled with the heat-resistant sealing material 7 or the like, and the installation can be completed. It has been proposed that a fire prevention treatment of the material 2 can be performed, and the fire prevention treatment can be easily performed on the pipe material 2 which is piped in a narrow corner portion or a ceiling portion at a high position.
In addition, as shown in FIG.
And the above-described bulkhead penetrating piping member P are integrally assembled and unitized in advance, and this is inserted into the bulkhead 1 and thereafter, the end of the adjacent piping material 2 and the end of the unitized piping material 2 It has been proposed that the parts can be connected to each other by a simple joint or brazing to perform a fire prevention treatment.

However, in the above-mentioned partition-piercing pipe member which can solve the disadvantages of the prior art,
The heat-resistant sealing material embedded in the gap between the cap and the piping material is filled into the gap only by the adhesive force between the inner peripheral surface of the cap and the outer peripheral surface of the piping material that this sealing material directly contacts. It was held and could not be said to be firmly held in the gap. Therefore, in the above-mentioned pipe material that is piped through the ceiling with the ceiling as a partition wall, as the pipe material is in an upright posture,
Although the partition wall penetrating pipe member is also vertically erected, when a vibration such as an earthquake is applied to the pipe member in the standing posture, the vibration causes the clearance of the gap below the ceiling. There is a risk that the heat-resistant seal material may be peeled off and fall down. In addition, when the piping material and the piping member are unitized and assembled in advance, the unitized material is transferred to the installation site. Will be
For example, since the transportation is always accompanied by vibration, such as truck transportation, there is a great possibility that the heat-resistant sealing material in the gap may fall off further, and there is room for improvement in that point. The present invention provides a heat-resistant seal for a gap between a cap and a pipe member when the pipe member is attached to the pipe member in a partition wall penetrating pipe member capable of easily performing a fire prevention treatment of the pipe member as described above. It is an object of the present invention to provide a partition-penetrating piping member that can make it difficult for materials to fall off.

In other words, a pipe material is surrounded by a non-combustible sleeve while penetrating the pipe insertion hole of the cap, and a gap between the sleeve and a partition wall through which the sleeve passes and a cylindrical peripheral wall formed in the cap. By filling the sealing material filling space formed between the pipe material and the sealing material with a heat-resistant sealing material, the piping material can be penetrated and fixed to the partition wall in a state where the pipe material is surrounded by a fire-resistant material without gaps, and the fire-proof treatment is performed. I can do it. And, since the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion forming the seal filling space between the cap and the piping material has a deepened portion, the sealing material is merely filled with the heat-resistant sealing material in the peripheral wall portion. The cap has a shape along the deepened portion of the peripheral wall portion, and the heat-resistant sealing material and the peripheral wall portion in the deepened portion mesh with each other, so that the heat-resistant sealing material suppresses sliding in the direction along the axis of the pipe material. .

Therefore, when a unitized pipe member 2 and a partition wall penetrating pipe member P surrounding and protecting the pipe member 2 are passed through the partition wall 1 and mounted on the pipe, first, the partition wall 1 is penetrated into the partition wall 1. An opening capable of inserting the pipe member P is formed. Then, a unitized pipe material 2 and a partition wall penetrating pipe member P are inserted into this opening and fixed.
Next, a heat-resistant sealing material 7 is inserted into a gap between the sleeve 3 of the partition wall penetrating pipe member P and the partition wall 1 through which the sleeve 3 penetrates.
Is filled with mortar or rock wool, and the ends of the pipe members 2 protruding from both ends of the partition wall penetrating pipe member P are brazed 14 to the ends of the existing pipe members 2. As described above, the pipe member 2 can be surrounded by the fire-resistant material without any gap, and the fire prevention processing can be completed. Therefore, the work can be easily performed. The heat-resistant sealing material 7 filled in the space for filling the sealing material formed between the peripheral wall portion 9 formed on the cap 4 and the pipe member 2 is provided on the peripheral wall portion 9.
