の貫通スリーブ(5)を設け、前記貫通スリーブ(5)
の外周面に沿って雄ネジ部(5a)を形成し、前記被覆
長尺体(3)に外嵌状態の前記貫通スリーブ(5)の端
部に係合して、前記貫通スリーブ(5)端部の開口を塞
ぐ蓋部材(6)を設け、前記貫通スリーブ(5)に螺合
