なう。しかしこの締付ソケットとナットランナーの分離
した締付パレット方式では、締付ソケットにボルトを供
給する際、それまで一般的に行なわれていた締付ソケッ
ト側を回転させてボルト頭部との位相整合を図り供給す
るという手段がとれなくなり、これを解決するため本出
願人は先に特願昭62−119003号に示されるようなボルト
供給装置を開示した。この装置は、ロボットの動作端に
ボルトセットハンドを設け、このボルトセットハンドで
複数個のボルトを把持するとともに、締付ソケットにボ
ルトを供給する際にはボルト側を回転せしめて位相の整
合を図るというものであった。

採用してもボルトセットを自動的に行い得るよう構成し
た前回の発明を改良したものであり、締付けパレット方
式による効果すなわちボルトの形状変更等に対する対応
の容易性及び同時締付作業の容易性といった利点をも有
するものである。

トを把持、解放する把持解放機構とボルト頭部をソケッ
ト孔に整合させる位相整合機構とを備えたことを特徴と
するボルト供給装置。
