The liquid has the characteristic that there is a difference in viscosity at the same temperature,
In addition, unless the two liquids are mixed in an accurate ratio and mixed sufficiently, a curing failure due to a reaction failure will occur.
Construction difficulty is high when forming the resin floor layer and the like.

Unlike ordinary paint coating, it is not possible to apply a simple supply coating method in which a large amount of a mixture of the main agent and curing agent is sprayed with a spray gun. Weighed in the main agent and curing agent, mixed them by manual stirring, and let them react, remove the mixture to the floor surface, etc. and finish it by hand trowel, finish each small area, and repeat the work one by one to get the required area. Is manually mixed and applied on the resin floor layer.

Since there is naturally "work variation" due to manual work, the occurrence of defective curing due to poor mixing and the occurrence of defective trowel finishing due to differences in operator skills are inevitable, and a homogeneous high-quality resin layer is formed. There are difficult quality problems.

The main part is composed of a pressure-feeding part that feeds the main agent and the curing agent at a constant ratio and a heater that is located between the pressure-feeding part and the mixer. It is continuously delivered with a certain ratio maintained, and by the heating of the passing heater on the delivery side, the fluidity suitable for forming the resin agent layer is imparted, and it is mixed well in the terminal mixer. Quality 2
The liquid mixture can be continuously discharged and supplied onto the floor surface or the like, and can be applied as it is. Therefore, the resin floor layer and the like formed by the high-quality mixed liquid are of high quality with few curing defects due to improper mixing of the two liquids, and the conventional manual work is unnecessary, and the mixing is performed. It can be formed with extremely high efficiency by continuously supplying the liquid.

The resin floor layer and the resin waterproof layer can be simply and efficiently formed only by guiding them onto the floor surface. And the length of the line can be freely configured, and it is possible to easily form a resin waterproof layer or the like in a building high place, and when forming a resin layer on a horizontal surface, the temperature of the heater is adjusted to adjust the liquid mixture to be discharged. When the required fluidity is given, the fluid mixture is automatically leveled by the flow action due to gravity to self-form a flat resin layer surface, making manual trowel finishing unnecessary.
