By repeating the above process, the water-based paint is applied repeatedly while preventing the flow and sagging of the paint to obtain the desired coating film thickness.

However, in the case of hot air, dust and dirt contained in the hot air may adhere to the coating surface and impair the coating quality. However, there is a possibility that the dried state of the coating film may become non-uniform due to uneven heating of the coated object, causing partial sagging or cracking.

Alternatively, by forming a warm air curtain of clean air-conditioned air between the coating booth and the drying oven, it is possible to remove dust and dirt from the coating surface of the object to be coated without causing dust or dirt to adhere to the surface. Although a flash-off zone for evaporating water and solvent is also described, in this case, the conditioned air that forms the air curtain of warm air has a wind speed of 1 to 6 m / sec and a temperature of 30 to 60 m.
Since the temperature is ℃ and the humidity is 50% RH or less, the wind speed is almost all over the painting booth from the plenum chamber through the filter.
Another air conditioner is required separately from the air conditioner (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-68566) that introduces air-conditioned air of 0.2 to 0.5 m / sec, a temperature of around 25 ° C., and a humidity of 70 to 80% RH. Therefore, there is a problem that the equipment cost increases and it becomes very difficult to adjust the supply / exhaust balance in the coating booth.

There is no need to provide an air conditioner for supply, and equipment costs are reduced.
