び軟質部型枠材を前記型枠内の緩衝性物質より吊上げ、
脱型して、前記樹脂、ゴム等の軟質型枠材を剥離して成
型された殻状の剥離部材を前記連結吊上げ部を介して所
定位置に搬送してコンクリートを投入、養生するもので

樹脂、ゴム等の軟質部材を剥離し、かくして自然岩状の
色と形状を有する殻体を成形し、殻状の剥離部材を前記
連結、吊上げ部を介して所定位置に搬送して、コンクリ
ートを投入養生することによって、外周縁に補強鉄筋が
設置された近自然石ブロックが得られる。前記近自然石
ブロックは、同ブロックに設置された補強鉄筋及び同鉄
筋に設置された連結吊上げ部を介して所定位置にセット

する連結、吊上げ部を具えた補強鉄筋を配置し、次いで
予め練り上げた繊維入り強化着色モルタルを前記型枠内
部表面に吹き付けて養生した後、前記連結吊上げ部を介
して前記モルタル及び軟質部型枠材を前記型枠内の緩衝
性物質より吊上げ、脱型して、前記樹脂、ゴム等の軟質
型枠材を剥離して成型された殻状の剥離部材を前記連
結、吊上げ部を介して所定位置に搬送してコンクリート
を投入、養生することを特徴とする近自然石ブロックの
