[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The conventional non-contact type 3
In the case of a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus, since the knife edge is moved to scan parallel rays, the apparatus becomes complicated and it is unsuitable for unevenness analysis of a large area. Further, in the case of the conventional concrete crack measuring system, since two cameras are required, the manufacturing cost of the measuring device becomes high,
Moreover, it is difficult to relatively position and fix the two cameras, and it is possible to shoot indoors, but it is difficult to shoot outdoors.

When the article surface photographing apparatus of the present invention is used to three-dimensionally and nondestructively measure the surface shape of an article, such as a steel member, after corrosion, the article surface photographing apparatus is used to measure the article surface photographing apparatus from the steel member. The object to be photographed 1 is placed on the surface 15, and the vertical screw 18 for height adjustment is rotated to adjust the levelness of the photographing box 2. Next, the camera 3 is oriented at a right angle to the surface 15 of the article 1 to be photographed, that is, the main body of the camera 3 is in a horizontal state and fixed with a wing nut 27, and then the camera 3
The surface 15 of the article 1 is photographed by. Next, the camera 3 is fixed by tilting it in one direction at a constant angle of, for example, 15 ° from the horizontal state to the state shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and then the surface 15 is photographed by the camera 3. Next, the camera 3 is fixed while being tilted in another direction at a constant angle, for example, 15 °, and then the surface 15 is photographed by the camera 3. Note that the camera 3 is used to analyze the unevenness from the two photographs.
The larger the angle is, the more the accuracy is improved, but the dimensional accuracy is deteriorated due to the difference in perspective. Preferably, the one-sided swing angle of the camera 3 is 30 degrees or less.

In the case of the present invention, two cameras are used by one camera 3.
Since the surface is photographed from the direction, the unevenness of the surface 15 of the article 1 to be photographed can be analyzed using a simple and small device. Further, since the camera 3 is arranged at a constant distance from the surface 15 and the camera 3 is fixed at a constant angle, the magnification and accuracy of the photographing by the camera 3 can be made constant. In addition, in the analysis of the unevenness from the two photographs, the accuracy improves as the angle of the camera 3 increases,
Due to the difference in perspective, the dimensional accuracy is reduced. It is suitable to set the swing angle of the camera 3 to 30 degrees or less.

Further, since the photographing box 2 is adopted, hues and shadows due to external light rays are blocked, so that an analysis error can be eliminated, and the article surface photographing device is small and lightweight, so that it is easy to carry. Yes, so it is suitable for use anywhere outdoors. Underwater photography is also possible. However, when used underwater, the camera 3, lighting device 14 and battery 30 are waterproof,
In order to avoid the influence of turbidity of water, it is necessary to close the lower part of the photographic box 2 with transparent glass so that the inside of the photographic box 2 can be filled with clear water without turbidity.

11 to 12 show an article surface photographing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is a side plate 10 of a metal photographing box 2 placed on the surface 15 of a photographed article 1. An opening 23 is provided in the camera, one camera 3 for photographing the surface 15 of the article 1 to be photographed is arranged in the opening of the side plate, and is fixed to the rotating shaft member 31 on the side plate opposite to the camera 3. The mirror 12 is installed, and the rotation shaft member 31 penetrating the photographing box 2 is rotated by a fixed angle, so that the mirror 12 can be rotated by a fixed angle. If the angle of the mirror 12 is 45 degrees with respect to the camera 3, it is possible to obtain a photograph of the front of the object to be photographed, and for example, rotate the mirror 12 back and forth by 7.5 degrees about the position of the mirror 12. If
It is possible to obtain two photographs similar to those obtained by rotating the camera 3 by 15 degrees in the first embodiment. Further, as the rotation method of the mirror 12, the rotary shaft member 31 can be manually rotated as shown in FIG. 12, but it can also be automatically rotated by a fixed angle in conjunction with the camera 3.

According to the present invention, the lower part of the photographing box 2 placed on the surface of the object 1 to be photographed is opened, and the object 1 to be photographed is opened.
One camera 3 for photographing the surface of the photographing box 2 is arranged at the center of the upper part of the photographing box 2, and a movable holding member 5 fixed to the camera 3 is attached to a support member 4 fixed to the upper portion of the photographing box 2. A stopper 7 pivotally attached by a tightening and fixing screw rod 6 extending in the front-rear direction, and for rotating the camera 3 around the screw member 6 by a certain angle with respect to the support member 4 and the tightening and fixing screw rod 6. , 8 and an engaging member 9 are provided, vertical mirrors 12 and 13 are fixed to left and right side walls 10 and 11 in the photographing box 2, and a lighting fixture 14 is attached to the upper portion in the photographing box 2. Alternatively, the lower part of the photographing box 2 placed on the surface of the article 1 to be photographed is opened, and one camera 3 for photographing the surface of the article 1 to be photographed is fixed to the supporting member 4 of the side wall 10 of the photographing box. , 1 on the side of the side wall of the photographing box 2 facing the camera 3.
Since the mirrors 12 are arranged and the rotating shaft member 31 fixed to the mirrors 12 allows the mirrors 12 to rotate at a fixed angle, and the lighting fixture 14 is attached to the upper part of the photographing box 2, The surface of the article can be easily photographed by a small-sized photographing device having a simple configuration using one camera 3, and the surface of the article can be photographed easily both indoors and outdoors, Further, since it is possible to take a picture from a certain angle at a certain distance from the surface of the article, it is possible to easily perform image analysis.
