のの、当該電波吸収材で吸収されなかった電波を散乱さ
せたうえ再吸収させることはできなかった。本考案はか
かる現況に鑑みてなされたものであり、溶損することが
なく、軽量且つ機械的強度に優れ、しかも一旦電波吸収
材に入射したものの吸収されずに電波吸収材外部に反射
する電波を様々な方向へ散乱反射させるとともに、この
散乱する電波を電波吸収材に再入射させて再吸収するこ
とができる合成樹脂製電波散乱兼吸収材を提供せんとす
るものであり、しかも取付け対象への固定を極めて容易
に行うことができるようにしたものである。

マンガンジンクフェライト、ニッケルジンクフェライト
等のフェライト及び/又はマグネタイトを30〜50重量%
含有せしめたポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル、ポリアミ
ド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリエチレン等の熱
可塑性合成樹脂で表面に凸部2または凹部を連続的又は
断続的に形成してなる板体3を作成し、内面に接着剤4
を設けたものである。ここで熱可塑性合成樹脂にフェラ
イト及び/又はマグネタイト30〜50重量%含有せしめる
のは、これにより該基材に電波吸収効果を与えると同時
に、その電波減衰定数を2dB〜5dBとする為である。この
ようなフェライト及び/又はマグネタイトの含有率であ
る結果、その比重は1.7以下となり軽量なものとなる上
に、フェライト及び/又はマグネタイトの含有率が小さ
い為、機械的強度が大となり、例えばシート体のものに
おいては、0.5〜0.2mmの厚みとすることも可能である。
そして、このような材料で表面に凸部2または凹部を連
続的又は断続的に形成した板体3を用いることを要素と
している。この板体3の凸部2は、例えば凸条を平行に
多数設けたものや、又は各種突起を断続的に設けたも
の、更に凹部を前記と同様に設けたもの等が採用され
る。図示した実施例は、このような合成樹脂製電波散乱
兼吸収材にかかる実施例である。図中3が、前記電波吸
収能をもつ板体であり、その2は凸部として連続的な凸
条を用いた例であり、凸条と凹条が交互に設けられてい
る。そして、凹条部分の片面には接着剤4を設け、表面
には離型紙5を外被している。もって、該離型紙5をは
