使用中に水圧あるいは湯圧が変動した場合は、圧力バラ
ンス弁20が変動を吸収し、湯と水の圧力バランスを維持
し混合湯温の変動を抑える。またサーミスタ30で検出さ
れる混合湯温と、流量センサ31で検出される混合湯の流
量は、制御器37を介して設定器36で表示される。給湯を
停止する場合は設定器36で停止を指示すると、流量制御
弁34が閉成され給湯は停止する。これらの操作は電気的
に行なえるため、軽操作で済むとともに、設定器36を遠
隔地においても制御ができる。
