2. Description of the Related Art A conventional hot and cold water mixing device of this type has a device as shown in FIG. (For example, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 57-127171) FIG. 4 shows a mechanical thermostat automatic mixing stopper. The hot water pipe 1 and the water pipe 2 have a hot water side connecting pipe 3 and a water side connecting pipe 4 respectively. The hot water side connection port 5 and the water side connection port 6 are connected via. On the valve frame 7, a setting knob 8 for setting the temperature of the mixed hot water, a setting for constant water stoppage that automatically stops hot water supply after supplying a predetermined amount of hot water to the bathtub, that is, a shower
A setting knob 12 and the like for switching the hot water supply destination from the 10th side to the 11th side and setting the water stoppage are provided. In this conventional hot and cold water mixing apparatus, the thermostat part for adjusting the mixed hot water temperature has a complicated structure as shown in FIG. 5, and the wax thermoelement 13 expands and contracts according to the mixed hot water temperature.
And the main part was composed of the mixing valve body 14. And
Turn the setting knob 8 to set the temperature of the mixed hot water
The moving screw 16 fitted in 15 moves left and right, moving the wax thermoelement 13 via the spring 17, and at the same time moving the mixing valve body 14 against the spring 19 via the holding cylinder 18.

The wax thermoelement 13 operates according to the mixed temperature of hot water and water adjusted by the mixing valve body 14,
Displace 14 to adjust the temperature of the mixed hot water to the set value. Since this wacks thermo-element 13 uses the displacement of the wax that expands and contracts by changing the phase according to the temperature of the mixed hot water in this manner, the mixing valve element 14 for the mixed hot water temperature is set regardless of the hot and cold water pressures. The driving speed was constant. For this reason, in a region where the water pressure is particularly high, the speed at which the mixing valve body 14 is driven becomes relatively excessive, and a so-called hunting phenomenon occurs in which the temperature of the mixing hot water fluctuates around the set value. As a countermeasure against this, in areas where the water pressure is high, as shown in FIG. 4, a pressure reducing valve 20 is attached to the water pipe to reduce the pressure to prevent the hunting phenomenon.

Then, when used, when the starter of hot water supply is instructed by setting the desired mixed hot water temperature and the mixed flow rate or the integrated value of the mixed flow rate with the setter 38, the hot water side motor 30 and the water side motor 31 are instructed by the controller 39. When driven, the hot water valve 25 and the hot water valve 26 open the flow path. The hot water valve 25 and the hot water valve 26 are opened by the controller 39 while being compared with the signal of the flow rate sensor 35 up to the opening degree at which the mixed flow rate set by the setter 38 is obtained. At the same time, the mixed hot water temperature is compared with the signal of the thermistor 34 and the set value of the setter 38, and the controller 39 adjusts the driving speeds of the hot water side motor 30 and the water side motor 31 to control the mixing ratio. When there is a difference between the hot water pressure and the water pressure, the pressure balance valve 24 balances the two pressures, but a slight pulsation of the hot water pressure remains. Due to this pulsation, the temperature of the mixed hot water detected by the thermistor 34 tends to change slightly, but the controller 39 adjusts the mixing ratio to suppress the change. Further, for example, when an instruction to raise the temperature of the mixed hot water is given by the setter 38, the controller 39 drives the hot water side valve 25 in the opening direction via the hot water side motor 30 and closes the water side valve 26 via the water side motor 31. Drive to. Then, the amounts of hot water and water are adjusted to a mixing ratio that eliminates the deviation between the mixed hot water temperature detected by the thermistor 34 and the set value set by the setting device 38. An important problem is how to drive the hot water motor 30 and the hot water motor 31 at the time of starting hot water supply, at a steady time, and when changing the setting of the mixed hot water temperature. That is, in the vicinity of the set value, unless the driving speed is slowed down, the set value will be exceeded, and the phenomenon of rushing back and forth will occur, and the mixed hot water temperature will become hunting. What is more important is that large hunting occurs when driven at the same driving speed as when the water pressure or the water pressure is high and when the water pressure is low. This is because as the pressure increases, the change in the flow rate with respect to the displacement of the valve body increases, which is equivalent to the relative increase in drive speed. In this embodiment, the gain controller 40 can select water pressure and hot water pressure levels in three levels. Corresponding to this stage, as shown in FIG. 3, the motor driving speed with respect to the temperature deviation which is the difference between the mixed hot water temperature set by the setter 38 and the mixed hot water temperature detected by the thermistor 34 is high in pressure. The settings are set to move slowly, and the high pressure settings are set to move fast. As described above, a general user or a builder can adjust the gain with the gain adjuster 40 according to the water pressure in the area, the hot water supply system, the season, the time, and the like. This adjustment is performed by measuring data and information on the water pressure in the area, or by directly measuring the pressure. However, when the pressure balance valve 24 for balancing the pressure of hot water and water is used as in the present invention, hot water or water It can be adjusted by knowing the approximate pressure level of whichever is lower. Further, since the pressure on the hot water side and the pressure on the hot water side are set to the same level by the pressure balance valve 24, the gains for controlling the hot water motor 30 and the hot water motor 31 may be the same. Need not be provided.

Further, when the setting device 38 instructs the flow rate integration, the signal of the flow rate sensor 35 is integrated by the control device 39, and when the predetermined amount is reached, the hot water valve 25 and the hot water valve 26 are closed, and hot water supply is automatic. Will be stopped. When there is a sudden change in the hot water pressure or the water pressure during use, the pressure balance valve 24 functions to balance the hot water and water pressures and suppress the fluctuation of the mixed hot water temperature. The pressure balance valve 24 does not require adjustment of both sides and is more accurate than a system in which pressure reducing valves are separately provided on the hot water side and the water side. If it is desired to stop the hot water supply during normal use, the hot water supply valve 25 and the water side valve 26 are closed and the hot water supply is stopped when the setting device 38 is instructed to stop the hot water supply. Since the hot water valve 25 and the water valve 26 are closed during use, the faucet 37
There is no backflow of mixed hot water or dirty water from the side.

As an effect of this embodiment, since the gain controller 40 is a manually adjustable type, it can freely respond to changes in water pressure and hot water pressure after installation as compared with the fixed type, and can be provided at a lower cost than automatically. Is mentioned first. Further, since the hot water valve 25 and the hot water valve 26 also serve as water shutoff valves, the structure is simple and the backflow can be prevented when hot water supply is stopped.
