Configuration of Conventional Example and Problems Thereof Conventionally, this type of hot water supply apparatus was configured as shown in FIG. That is, in FIG. 1, the valve shaft 1 is moved forward and backward by driving the servo motor 2. 3 is a hot water double-sided valve for adjusting the amount of hot water.
Is fixed to the tip of the valve shaft 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes a water-side single-side valve for adjusting the amount of cold water, and a spring 5 is interposed between the water-side double-side valve 3 and the valve shaft 1 so as to be movable only toward the hot-side double-side valve 3. . Further, 6 is one hot water side seat formed at the outlet of the hot water supply passage 8 in the hot water side valve chamber 7, and 9 is the other hot water side formed facing the hot water side seat 6 in the hot water side valve chamber 7. As the seat, the hot water side sheet 9 is disposed between the hot water side valve chamber 7 and a mixing chamber 11 described later.
The hot water double-sided valve 3 is provided between the two hot water side seats 6 and 9 and the forward / backward movement of the valve shaft 1 causes the hot water double side valve 3
Are in contact with and separated from each other on the two hot water side seats 6 and 9, and the respective opening degrees are adjusted. Reference numeral 10 denotes a water side sheet formed at the outlet of the water supply passage 12 in the mixing chamber 11 which also serves as the water side valve chamber.
At 0, the water-side one-side valve 4 is brought into and out of contact with the forward and backward movement of the valve shaft 1 to adjust the opening thereof.
The mixed hot water in which hot water and water are mixed is supplied from the mixed hot water take-out path 13, and a hot water temperature sensor 14 is provided in the mixed hot water take-out path 13. Reference numeral 15 is a hot water supply heat source machine.

In the operation of this conventional example, the hot water temperature sensor 14 detects the mixed hot water temperature so that the hot water temperature set by a temperature setting device (not shown) is obtained, and the servo motor 2 causes the hot water double-sided valve 3 to operate. The water-side one-side valve 4 is driven to change the mixing ratio of hot water and water. When the temperature of the mixed hot water is lower than the set value, the valve shaft 1 moves to the right side in the figure, and the water side single-side valve 4 narrows down the water supply passage 12, and at the same time, the hot water double side valve 3 opens the hot water supply passage 8. Move to the position where the set value can be obtained. When the temperature of the mixed hot water is higher than the set value, it moves in the opposite direction.

If the hot water supply heat source device 15 is of the instantaneous type, if a large amount of hot water is discharged, the heating cannot catch up, and if the hot water temperature falls below the set value even when the water is fully closed, the valve shaft will move greatly to the right. The hot water side double-sided valve 3 approaches the hot water side seat 9. As a result, the amount of water passing through the hot water supply heat source device 15 is regulated, and the hot water temperature as set can be obtained. Further, the supply / stop of the mixed hot water was manually performed by a faucet (not shown) provided at the terminal, and the flow rate was also controlled by this faucet.

(1) Since there is no means for detecting whether hot water is being supplied or not, if the mixed hot water outlet 13 is cooled by natural cooling when hot water is stopped, the hot water temperature sensor 14 will detect this and the valve will turn off the hot water. To move to increase the ratio,
It is dangerous because hot water will come out temporarily when re-hot water is supplied.
It took time to move to the position where the optimum temperature was obtained.

(2) Since the flow rate of the mixed hot water was manually adjusted at the faucet, it was not possible to instruct to adjust the flow rate from a remote location, and it was impossible to supply the mixed hot water at an appropriate flow rate value. .

In addition to the above conventional example, the valve is driven by utilizing the thermal expansion and contraction of the wax to automatically stop using the Karan type automatic mixing valve that adjusts the mixing ratio of hot water and the mechanism of the water meter of the tap water. There was an automatic mixing metering stopcock that combined a metering valve to do the water. However, the above problem (1) has not been solved yet, and since it was mechanically configured, the structure is complicated and remote operation is not possible, and the above problem (2) that the instantaneous flow rate value cannot be specified is also solved. Didn't.

First, in the hot water supply control 23, the flow rate setting device / hot water supply instructing device 48 is used to instruct the amount of the mixed hot water to be discharged, whereby the control valve 42 is opened and the mixed hot water flows out. The flow rate of the mixed hot water is detected by the flow rate detector 35, and the control valve 42 is drive-controlled via the controller 24 to a position where the set flow rate is reached. For the mixed hot water, the temperature setting signal set by the hot water supply controller 23 and the mixed hot water temperature signal detected by the temperature detector 34 are compared by the controller 24, and the motor 31 mixes the mixed valve at a position where the difference between them is zero. 36 is driven. When the flow rate setting is set to zero and the control valve 42 is closed to stop the hot water supply, the flow rate detector 35 detects that the flow has stopped, and the drive of the motor 31 is stopped via the controller 24. Therefore, unlike the conventional case, even if the temperature of the temperature detector 34 after the hot water supply is stopped is lowered by cooling, the mixing valve 36 does not open the hot water side and squeeze the water side. Further, since supply / stop of the mixed hot water and adjustment of the instantaneous flow rate can be performed only by operating the hot water supply controller 23, it is not necessary to operate the faucet as in the conventional case, and hot water can be supplied at a fixed flow rate and remote control is also possible. .

In this embodiment, since the flow rate setting device and the hot water supply indicator are integrally formed, there is an advantage that only one operation is required. Further, since the flow rate detector 35 is of a rotary type and is provided between the mixing valve 36 and the temperature detector 34, it has the effect of promoting the mixing of hot water and increasing the temperature detection accuracy of the temperature detector 34. Further, since the mixing valve 36, the temperature detector 34, the flow rate detector 35, and the control valve 42 are provided as an integrated unit, they have the advantage of being easy to handle and compact in terms of manufacturing and construction.
