When extinguishing the fire, the upper end of the wick 3 is submerged in the wick guide path 4 to shut off the air supply and reduce the evaporation of oil to extinguish the fire. At this time, when the temperature of the core outer cylinder 1 and the core inner cylinder 2 is high, incomplete combustion gas, unburned gas, etc. due to choro-fire combustion are generated at the upper end of the core 3, and these gases are in the combustion cylinder 7 of high temperature. When passing through, it was thermally decomposed and gave off a bad odor. Therefore, in order to prevent these gases from passing through the high temperature combustion cylinder 6, an intake pipe 8 is provided above the core outer cylinder 1 located above the upper end of the core 3 in the extinguished state, and a suction pump 9 and the like are provided. The gas was sucked by the suction device.

FIG. 2 shows a mounting position of the suction device according to the present invention.
A step portion 1a that is located slightly below the upper end of the core 3 that is submerged in the core guide path 4 and that expands outward is provided in the core outer cylinder 1, and the diameter of the cylinder below the step portion 1a of the core outer cylinder 1 is set. By expanding, the suction passage 10 is formed between the lead 3 and the core 3. This suction passage 10 communicates with the internal space of the combustion tank 5, and also the combustion tank 5
A suction pipe 8 is provided on the upper wall of the combustion tank 5 so as to suck air in the internal space of the combustion tank 5 by a suction pump which is a suction device 9. The suction pipe 8 is connected to a hole formed in the upper wall of the combustion tank 5 between the fuel tank installation portion and the burner 6.

In the oil pan 11 of the combustion tank 5 where the refueling tank is installed,
In order to prevent a phenomenon in which a combustion flame rises due to an increase in the internal pressure in the combustion tank 5 due to the thermal expansion of the air in the combustion tank 5 during the combustion of the petroleum equipment, the internal space in the combustion tank 5 is communicated with the atmosphere and the combustion tank 5 A communication hole 12 is provided to prevent the internal pressure from increasing. When the communication hole 12 communicates with the atmosphere, even if the suction device 9 sucks the air in the internal space of the combustion tank 5, the inside of the combustion tank 5 does not become a negative pressure. Therefore, the position where the communication hole 12 is provided is above the oil level of the oil 5a during the combustion operation, and the internal space of the combustion tank 5 communicates with the atmosphere, and during the fire extinguishing operation, the wick 3 is lowered to dip the wick 3 into the oil 5a. It is set so that the communication hole 12 is blocked by pushing up the volumetric oil surface. Therefore, the combustion tank 5 during the fire extinguishing operation
Is in a sealed state except for the portion communicating with the core guide path 4.

When the upper end of the wick 3 is submerged in the wick guide path 4 due to the fire extinguishing operation or the operation of the seismic shock absorber, and the combustor is put into the fire extinguishing operation state, the suction device 9 operates and the air in the internal space of the combustion tank 5 is sucked out. As a result, the internal space of the combustion tank 5 becomes negative pressure, and the suction passage 10 communicating with the internal space of the combustion tank 5 also becomes negative pressure, and from the upper end of the wick 3 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The generated incompletely burned gas and unburned gas (referred to as raw gas for convenience) are uniformly sucked over the entire upper circumference of the core 3. That is,
The gas generated from the upper end of the wick 3 is sucked into the suction pipe 8 through the internal space of the combustion tank portion composed of the outer core tube 1, the inner core tube 2 and the combustion tank 5. Therefore, there is an advantage that odor can be effectively reduced.

With such a configuration, raw gas or the like from the exhaust hole 18 is partitioned from the combustion cylinder 6 side by the heat shield plate 22, and the heat shield plate 22 and the member forming the fuel tank storage chamber 25 form the fuel tank. Since it is diffused into the fuel tank storage chamber 25 configured to surround the periphery of 23, it is less likely to come into contact with the combustion cylinder 6 and the generation of bad odor can be reduced. Next, the operation will be described.

During the fire extinguishing operation, gas (unburned gas or the like) generated from the wick is sucked by the suction device 21 through the inside of the combustion tank 5, and is liquefied when passing through the suction device 21. Also, the exhaust hole
The gas emitted from 18 is also liquefied in the fuel tank storage chamber 25.
Since the vicinity of the fuel tank storage chamber 25 is originally contaminated with oil when the fuel tank is taken in and out, there is almost no inconvenience due to the adhesion of the liquefied component.

However, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the exhaust hole 18
A part of the raw gas emitted from the shaft may rise downward from both sides of the combustion tank 5 as shown by the arrow and rise from the lower portion of the core inner cylinder 2 to enter the combustion cylinder 6 to generate a bad odor. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the lower part of the heat shield plate 22 is extended downward from the combustion tank 5 so as to contact the mounting table 25a, and the front portion 24a of the tank fixing base 24 is extended until it contacts the heat shield plate 22. Then, the refueling tank storage chamber 25 and the combustion cylinder 6 side may be completely cut off so that raw gas and the like can be prevented from flowing into the combustion cylinder 6 side.

[Other Embodiments] (1) In FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), a cylindrical exhaust pipe 26 having a height of several tens of millimeters is inserted and erected in the exhaust hole 18, and a hole 26a at the tip thereof is provided.

Since the turbulent airflow due to 14 is rectified in the cylinder and goes upward from the hole 26a as shown in the figure, raw gas and the like do not flow into the lower portion of the combustion tank 5, and the deodorizing effect can be enhanced.

(2) In FIG. 9, slit holes 28, 29 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the cabinet rear surface 27 corresponding to the exhaust pipe 26, and the slit hole 28 is located at a position lower than the upper end of the exhaust pipe 26.
The slit hole 29 is formed at a position higher than the upper end of the exhaust pipe 26.

By doing so, an air flow as indicated by arrows a and b is generated due to the temperature difference, and the raw gas or the like discharged from the hole 26a is naturally discharged to the outside of the cabinet, so that the deodorizing effect can be further enhanced.

(3) In FIG. 10, a part of the case 16 of the suction device 21 is projected to form a valve seat 16a, and an exhaust hole 18 is formed at the tip thereof and a valve 30 for opening and closing the exhaust hole 18 is provided. Valve 30 is the 12th

Therefore, the valve 30 is closed during combustion, and the inside of the combustion tank 5 and the outside are shut off by the valve 30, so that oil vapor does not come out of the inside of the combustion tank 5. In addition, when the fan 14 does not rotate due to exhaustion of the battery when extinguishing the fire, natural gas is not sucked in because the raw gas is not sucked, but at this time, if the valve 30 is not provided, the inside of the combustion tank 5 will have a hole 26a. , Exhaust hole 1
Since it communicates with the atmosphere through 8 and the intake port 13, air is replenished through this route and the fire extinguishing time becomes long.

(4) As shown in FIG. 10 above, when the valve 30 and the exhaust hole 18 are kept in line contact with each other, the liquefied component such as raw gas generated by repeating the fire extinguishing several times is generated between the valve 30 and the exhaust hole 18. There is a case in which the valve 30 is interposed between them and the valve 30 cannot be smoothly closed due to the surface tension.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, a plurality of protrusions 31, 31, ... Are provided on the upper end of the valve seat 16a, and a slight gap is provided between the valve 30 and the valve seat 16a, so that the surface tension of the liquefied component is increased. You may not work.

Is mounted so that it can move up and down. In the case of the valve 30 as shown in FIG. 10, since the valve 30 has a fulcrum, it is easily affected by the surface tension of the liquefied component, but in the case of the float 35 which functions as the valve described above, the surface tension is broken because there is no fulcrum. It is easy and opens easily by the wind pressure of the fan 14, and the exhaust is performed smoothly. The float 35 may be spherical.

If you do this, when Juan 14 does not turn naturally,
Even without a valve, the inflow of air into the combustion tank is blocked and the fire extinguishing time is not prolonged. When the diameter of the exhaust hole 37 is small, the flow resistance is large, and with the suction force of the draft by the combustion cylinder 6,
This is because the inflow of air into the combustion tank 5 is very small.

Therefore, since the valve 30 is not necessary, the accident of opening and closing caused by the valve 30 is completely eliminated, and the case 16 and the exhaust pipe 36 can be integrated, so that the number of parts, the work process, and the cost can be significantly improved.

(7) In FIG. 15, the suction device 21 mounting portion 38 of the combustion tank 5 is recessed. In the figure, the mounting portion 38 has a peripheral edge recessed into a shape corresponding to the shape of the case 16, and the intake port 13 is formed in the bottom surface thereof. 39 is a hole for the screw 20 (see FIG. 4), and 23a is a fuel tank receiving portion.

In this way, the mounting surface of the case 16 is much lower than the upper surface of the combustion tank 5, so that even if raw gas or the like is condensed in the case 16 and becomes liquid, it does not flow out of the case 16 and travels along the case inner wall. It reaches the bottom surface of the mounting portion 38 and returns to the inside of the tank 5 through the intake port 13. Also, the packing 19 provided in FIG. 4 can be omitted.

In the case of the mounting shown in FIG. 4, if there is no packing 19 or the packing is damaged, the dewed oil may ooze out from between the tank 5 and the case 16 to cause a bad odor.

(8) In FIG. 16, a valve 40 having a diameter larger than the diameter c of the intake port 13 is placed above the intake port 13 so as to be vertically movable. As shown in FIG. 11, the valve 40 has a disk-like shape with a diameter b (> c), a pair of protrusions 41, 41 formed on the periphery, and a diameter larger than that of the motor shaft 15a of the motor 15 at the center. The insertion hole 42 is formed. Therefore, the valve 40 is loosely inserted into the motor shaft 15a hanging downward from the intake port 13 through the insertion port 42, and is vertically movable and rotatable along the shaft 15a. Further, the tip ends of both projections 41, 41 of the valve 40 are slightly projected outward from the inner circumference of the blade 14a (dimension a in FIG. 17) and engage with the blade 14a.

By doing so, even if the intake port 13 is brought into close contact with the valve 40 due to the surface tension of the condensed oil, the valve 40 engaged with the blades 14a of the turbo fan also rotates when the motor 15 starts to rotate, so the surface tension is cut off. At the same time, it is lifted by the suction force of the fan 14 and the raw gas is sucked into the case 16.

Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a valve on the exhaust pipe 26 side (see FIG. 10), and the exhaust pipe 26 can be molded integrally with the case 16.

[Effect] According to the present invention, since the discharge port for the vaporized component sucked by the suction device is provided in the fuel tank storage portion, there is no need to provide a container or the like for storing the gas generated from the wick when the fire is extinguished without diffusing it. However, the odor can be reduced without the gas being sucked into the combustion cylinder side again to cause a bad odor.

In addition, unlike the past, the liquefied petroleum component does not diffuse and does not pollute the neighborhood. Since oil is attached to the refueling tank storage chamber when the refueling tank is taken in and out, it does not cause inconvenience such as when oil adheres to other parts.

Further, since the exhaust hole of the suction device is provided upward so that the sucked vaporized component is exhausted upward, the vaporized component sucked by the suction device is sucked toward the combustion cylinder. Odor can be reduced more reliably.
