(Prior Art) In the drawn pipe manufacturing equipment, the present applicant proposes JP-A-61-145036 as a handling device that automates the pipe transportation between the facilities while preventing the occurrence of a handling eaves. This handling device is configured to receive and convey pipes in a single stage in parallel from the upper process to the lower process.

By the way, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 of JP-A-61-145036, the raw pipe is carried into the raw pipe carrying-in facility by a carrier, but the carrier is in a state in which the raw pipe is bundled. It comes from the upper process of hot pipe manufacturing plant and welded pipe manufacturing plant. Therefore, the bundled raw tubes are carried to the receiving and receiving table by the overhead crane, where they are artificially put into a single-stage stacking parallel state.

However, each of these devices has a portion for receiving a bundle of pipes and the like, a portion for taking out the pipes and the like one by one from the portion and laterally feeding it, and a portion for receiving the pipes and the like that are fed one by one. Is a device for aligning pipes and the like while laterally feeding them. For this reason, a space for laterally feeding the pipe material is required, and the device itself has a large occupying area and becomes large-scale, and it is difficult to adopt it in the previous equipment for carrying in the raw pipe.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, although the device disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-195822 has a small occupied area, one end side of the pipe is rocked and pressed, and the alignment member is pressed while pressing the pipe. Since the pipes are moved in the long direction, the pipes are scratched due to the contact between the pipes while they are being pressed and the contact between each member and the pipe while being pressed. Further, in the case of a thin-walled pipe, there is a possibility that it may be dented or its cross-sectional shape may be elliptical.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, a tube rod aligning device according to the present invention has a required length in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the tube rod, and the axis. It is composed of a plurality of mounting bases provided at appropriate intervals in the long direction and a plurality of material landslide aligning portions provided at appropriate intervals between these mounting bases. The part is an endless belt having substantially the same length as the mounting table and an upper surface in a horizontal state slightly lower than the upper surface of the mounting table, a drive unit for rotating the endless belt forward and backward, and the endless belt. The center of the driving direction is used as a fulcrum to integrally swing up and down by a required angle.

(Operation) In the tube rod aligning device according to the present invention having the above-described configuration, the tube rods in the stacked state placed on the mounting table are moved upward and downward by the endless belt and this swinging. By rotating the endless belt in the direction in which the endless belt is positioned, and by swinging the endless belt to the other side and rotating the endless belt in the opposite direction through the stop of the endless belt and the return to the horizontal state. It is possible to sort the stacked pipe rods into one horizontal stack.
