Usually, these receiving pipes are made of steel or plastic, but in the case of steel, corrosion may occur, while in the case of plastic, they may deteriorate and crack. For this reason, it is necessary to replace the cables and the like in a new pipe, but this work has conventionally required great labor. For example, the case of a communication cable will be described with reference to FIG. Here, 1a and 1b are cables, 2a is a corroded metal pipe, 2b is a healthy metal pipe, and 3 is a cable connection point. Even if the metal pipe 2a corrodes, the communication cable is still in use, so the cable 1a cannot be immediately cut and laid on a new pipe. So a new metal tube
After accommodating another cable 1b in 2b, it is connected to the existing cable 1a at the connection point 3. In this way, when the cables 1a and 1b are parallel, and both are ready for use at the same time, the cable 1a is disconnected and at the same time, the corroded metal pipe
Withdraw 2a. As a result, the corroded metal pipe 2a is renewed for the first time. The above work requires a great deal of effort, and in particular, the communication cable is composed of hundreds of wires, and not only many connections but also the new and old cables can be properly handled. is necessary. As described above, although the metal pipe was simply corroded, the renewal required a great deal of labor and a great deal of expenses.

For this renewal, it is possible to apply a half-split pipe.
That is, after removing the corrosion pipe or the like, a divided pipe is covered and then fastened with a band, or a screw portion is provided and tightened with a screw. However, this method also has the following drawbacks. First, regarding the integrity of the pipe, it is clear that fixing it at about two places will cause a problem as a protective pipe, and the more band fastenings and screwing places, the better. However, there is a problem that the operation time of the pipe assembly becomes long and the number of parts becomes too large. Also, it cannot be said that it is preferable from the viewpoint of aesthetics. On the other hand, there is also the issue of maintainability. That is, if a third party tries to harm the contents in the area, scissors, a knife,
This is because the tube can be disassembled with a driver and a simple tool. For this reason, it is difficult to apply the conventional half-split pipe, and a renewal requiring a great deal of expense and labor has been performed.

(Purpose of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to keep the cable or the like in a use state when the steel pipe or the plastic pipe that accommodates the cable or the like is corroded or deteriorated. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a split pipe that can be renewed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a split pipe consisting of a pair of semicircular half pipes and a sheath for joining the pair of half pipes is provided in each half pipe. Is provided with a projecting portion formed so that both edge surfaces thereof project to the outside or inside of the half pipe along the axial direction thereof, and a bent portion formed further ahead thereof, and both edge surfaces of the half pipe are A cross-section that encloses the end of the bent portion so that the sheath overlaps with both edge surfaces of the other half-tube to be joined and the surfaces of the half-tubes are pressed against each other when the protrusions of the pair of half-tubes are overlapped. It was configured as a C shape.

On one side edge of one of the half pipes 4, a concave curved protrusion 10 that is curved and protrudes inward is provided to form a bent portion 11.
The other side edge of the is provided with a convex curved projecting portion 12 which is curved and projected outward, and a bent portion 13 is formed. The half pipe 4 has a concave curved projecting portion 10 and a convex curved projecting portion 12 protruding from each other. Combined and bent
The sheath 6 is attached to 11 and the bent portion 13 to form a split tube. The split tube is held more closely because the projection is curved.

Further, the present invention is a repair protection tube for protecting the communication cable and the like from external force, and therefore, it can be easily assembled and has sufficient strength. For example, plate thickness 3mm
When the split pipe is constructed with JIS SS41, the split pipe of the reference example according to FIG. 4 does not come off even if a 20 kgf hemispherical weight falls and collides from 1 m above. Further, since the split pipes of Examples 1, 2 and 6 and the reference example according to FIG. 6 are further prevented from shifting, even if a 40 kgf hemispherical weight is dropped and collided from above 1 m, the split pipe is It doesn't come off. Further, in the split pipe of the reference example according to FIG. 5, the split pipe does not come off even if a 30 kgf hemispherical weight is dropped from 1 m above. As described above, since the fastening is performed using the sheath, the protection property against impact force is sufficient.
