Abstract
Description
電池パックは、
電池モジュールと、
電池モジュールに取り付けられるブラケットと
を備える。
電池モジュールの外殻部は、交差部において交差する第1側部と第2側部を備える。
ブラケットは、第1側部に対向するように配置され、交差部に接続され、交差部を除いて前記第1側部から離間している。
ブラケットは、脚部と脆弱部を有する。
脚部は、第1側部と第2側部の交差部に隣接する。
脆弱部は、脚部よりも第1側部から遠い位置に存在し、脚部より剛性が低い。
ブラケットに設けられる脆弱部は、ブラケットにおいて第1側部から最も遠い位置に存在する。
第1側部と対向するブラケットの面は、アーチ形状を有している。
第1側部が、車両の側面に対向するように設置される。
図1は、電池パック1を搭載した車両100の概略図である。図1に示すx軸方向は、電池パック1を搭載した車両100の前方向に相当する。同様に、y軸方向は、車両100の前方から見た時の左方向に、z軸方向は車両100の上方向に向かう方向に相当する。電池パック1は、例えば、BEV、PEV、HEV等の電気自動車の電源として用いられる。
本願発明者は、上記のような電池パック1に関して、次のような課題を初めて認識した。それは、電池搭載量を増加すると、その代償として、衝撃が加わった際の余長であるクラッシュストロークが小さくなってしまい、結果として電池モジュール内の電池本体が損傷しやすくなる、ということである。
上段では、電池搭載量を大きくすることによる衝撃時の電池の損傷リスクについて言及した。そこで、本実施の形態では、ブラケット32と第1側部10とを離間させ、荷重200を第1側部10ではなく、第2側部20へ伝達することで、電池スタック300が受ける損傷を抑える構造を提案する。

- 車両に搭載される電池パックであって、
電池モジュールと、
電池モジュールに取り付けられるブラケットと
を備え、
前記電池モジュールの外殻部は、交差部において交差する第1側部と第2側部を備え、
前記ブラケットは、前記第1側部に対向するように配置され、前記交差部に接続され、前記交差部を除いて前記第1側部から離間している

前記ブラケットは、脚部と脆弱部を有し、
前記脚部は、前記交差部に隣接し、
