Abstract
【解決手段】電池パックは、複数の電池モジュールと、電池パックケースと、複数のブラケットとを備える。複数の電池モジュールは、列方向に沿って並んで配置されている。電池パックケースは、車体に取り付けられ、複数の電池モジュールを収容する。複数のブラケットは、複数の電池モジュールを電池パックケースに固定する。列方向は、複数の電池モジュールのそれぞれの長手方向と直交する方向である。複数の電池モジュールのそれぞれは、長手方向及び列方向の双方の端に相当する位置に設けられた固定部を含む。複数のブラケットは、複数の電池モジュールの固定部に固定されている。

Description
図1は、実施の形態に係る電池パック1の構成を概略的に示す図である。図1に示す「FR」の方向は、電池パック1を搭載する車両の前方向に相当する。「RH」の方向は車両の右方向に相当する。図1は、車両の上方向(図2に示す「UPR」の方向)から見下ろしたときの電池パック1の内部構造を表している。
電池パックを搭載する車両では、電池パックの固有値を上げることは、車両の乗り心地性能の向上(より詳細には、例えば、マス効果によるフロア振動レベルの低減)につながる。当該固有値を上げるためには、電池パックケースに収容される電池モジュール(高剛性部材)を電池パックケースにリジッドに且つ連続的に接続(固定)することが効果的である。具体的には、電池モジュールの長手方向D2の端部を列方向D1に沿って連続的(全体的)に固定することが効果的である。付け加えると、図1に示す電池パック1の例でも採用されているように、ロアケース21の骨格を形成する骨格構造体の部材の1つであるサイドリインフォース23に対してブラケット30を介して電池モジュール10を固定することも、固定値を上げるうえで効果的である。

- 列方向に沿って並んで配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
車体に取り付けられ、前記複数の電池モジュールを収容する電池パックケースと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを前記電池パックケースに固定する複数のブラケットと、
を備え、
前記列方向は、前記複数の電池モジュールのそれぞれの長手方向と直交する方向であって、
前記複数の電池モジュールのそれぞれは、前記長手方向及び前記列方向の双方の端に相当する位置に設けられた固定部を含み、
前記複数のブラケットは、前記複数の電池モジュールの前記固定部に固定されている
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記列方向において互いに隣接する第1及び第2の電池モジュールを含み、
前記複数のブラケットの少なくとも1つは、前記第1の電池モジュールの前記固定部と前記第2の電池モジュールの前記固定部の双方に固定されるように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池パックケースは、前記電池パックケースの骨格を形成する骨格構造体の部材として、前記複数の電池モジュールのうちで前記列方向において互いに隣接する2つの電池モジュールの間の空間において前記長手方向に沿って延びるクロスメンバを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
