Claims (16)
- 電気車に適用されたバッテリシステムにおいて、
複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパックに関する情報を測定し、前記測定された情報に基づいて前記バッテリパックを管理するバッテリ管理システムと、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で、前記バッテリ管理システムに電力を供給し、前記バッテリ管理システムから生成されるバッテリパック管理情報を保存するバッテリブラックボックスと、を含み、
前記バッテリパック管理情報は、前記複数のバッテリセルの複数のセル電圧、前記バッテリパックの電流および温度、並びに前記バッテリパックの絶縁抵抗のうち少なくとも一つに関する情報を含む、バッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記バッテリパック管理情報を受信する通信部と、
前記通信部から前記バッテリパック管理情報の伝達を受けてメモリに保存する制御部と、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で前記バッテリ管理システムに電力を供給するブラックボックスバッテリと、を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記ブラックボックスバッテリは、
前記電気車の始動状態で充電される、請求項2に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で、前記ブラックボックスバッテリの出力電圧が前記バッテリ管理システムに供給され、前記電気車の始動状態で、前記ブラックボックスバッテリが充電されるように動作する電力スイッチング部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記通信部は、
前記電気車の電子制御回路とCAN通信により前記電気車の始動の停止または始動を指示する始動状態情報を受信し、
前記制御部は、
前記始動状態情報に応じて前記電力スイッチング部を制御する、請求項4に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 前記バッテリ管理システムは前記バッテリパック管理情報を前記バッテリブラックボックスに伝送するための第1通信部を含み、
前記バッテリブラックボックスは前記バッテリパック管理情報を受信する第2通信部を含み、
前記第1通信部および前記第2通信部はCAN通信で連結された、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリシステム。 - 補助バッテリと、
バッテリパック、前記バッテリパックを管理するバッテリ管理システム、および電気車の始動の停止状態でバッテリパック管理情報を保存するバッテリブラックボックスを含むバッテリシステムと、
前記電気車の始動状態で前記補助バッテリと前記バッテリ管理システムを連結し、前記電気車の始動の停止状態で前記バッテリブラックボックスと前記バッテリ管理システムを連結するスイッチング部と、を含み、
前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で前記バッテリ管理システムに電力を供給するためのブラックボックスバッテリを含み、
前記バッテリパック管理情報は、複数のバッテリセルの複数のセル電圧、前記バッテリパックの電流および温度、並びに前記バッテリパックの絶縁抵抗のうち少なくとも一つに関する情報を含む、電気車。 - 前記電気車の始動状態で、前記補助バッテリおよび前記ブラックボックスバッテリを充電するためのDC-DCコンバータをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電気車。
- 前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で、前記バッテリ管理システムから生成されるバッテリパック管理情報を保存する、請求項7または8に記載の電気車。 - 前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記バッテリパック管理情報を受信する通信部;および
前記通信部から前記バッテリパック管理情報の伝達を受けてメモリに保存する制御部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電気車。 - 前記バッテリブラックボックスは、
前記電気車の始動の停止状態で、前記ブラックボックスバッテリの出力電圧が前記バッテリ管理システムに供給され、前記電気車の始動状態で、前記ブラックボックスバッテリが充電されるように動作する電力スイッチング部をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の電気車。 - 前記通信部は、
前記電気車の電子制御回路とCAN通信により前記電気車の始動の停止または始動を指示する始動状態情報を受信し、
前記制御部は、
前記始動状態情報に応じて前記電力スイッチング部を制御する、請求項11に記載の電気車。 - 前記電気車の始動または始動の停止を感知して始動状態情報を生成し、前記バッテリ管理システムおよび前記バッテリブラックボックスの少なくとも一つに前記始動状態情報を伝送する電子制御回路をさらに含む、請求項7または8に記載の電気車。
- 前記バッテリ管理システムは前記バッテリパック管理情報を前記バッテリブラックボックスに伝送するための第1通信部を含み、
前記バッテリブラックボックスは前記バッテリパック管理情報を受信する第2通信部を含み、
前記第1通信部および前記第2通信部はCAN通信で連結された、請求項13に記載の電気車。 - 複数のバッテリセルを含むバッテリパックを管理するバッテリ管理システムを含むバッテリシステムから電力の供給を受ける電気車の動作方法において、
前記バッテリシステムを含む電気車の始動状態、バッテリブラックボックスが前記バッテリ管理システムに電力を供給する段階と、
前記バッテリ管理システムが前記バッテリパックに関する情報を取得してバッテリパック管理情報を生成する段階と、
前記バッテリブラックボックスが、前記バッテリ管理システムから生成されるバッテリパック管理情報を保存する段階と、を含み、
前記バッテリパック管理情報は、前記複数のバッテリセルの複数のセル電圧、前記バッテリパックの電流および温度、前記バッテリパックの絶縁抵抗のうち少なくとも一つに関する情報を含む、電気車の動作方法。 - 前記電気車の始動状態で、ブラックボックスバッテリが充電される段階と、
前記電気車の始動状態で、前記電気車の補助バッテリが前記バッテリ管理システムに電力を供給する段階と、をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の電気車の動作方法。
