前記電池を前記第1の予め設定された温度に加熱するための必要な電流である第1充電電流を含む第1充電要求を送信することと、
前記電池の温度が前記第1の予め設定された温度に達した時、前記電流制御ユニットを、前記半導体デバイスの回路からの切り離し状態又は前記半導体の回路への正方向アクセス状態を含む第2状態にあるように制御することと、
第2充電電流を含む第2充電要求を送信することと、を含み、前記電池が前記第2充電電流で充電される、
