以下に、本発明のアンカーボルトの接合方法について、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図5(A)~(C)は、本発明のアンカーボルトを用いた接合部材の接合工程説明図である。本接合工程の実施形態は、挿通保持工程と締め付け工程から構成されている。本実施形態では、2本のアンカーボルト1を間隔を置いて基礎6に埋め込み施工し、その2本のアンカーボルト1に1つの接合部材3を接合する場合を示している。 The method for joining anchor bolts of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 挿通保持工程では、まず、図5(A)に示すように、2本のアンカーボルト1を基礎6に埋め込み施工した状態で、接合部材3に貫通して設けられた2つのボルト挿通孔30の各々に2本のアンカーボルト1各々のねじ部12を通してテーパー部14の位置まで挿入する。そして、この状態でねじ部12にスペーサー5及びワッシャ41を配設するとともに、ナット4を螺合して保持する。なお、挿通保持工程の状態では、ねじ部12のねじ径がボルト挿入孔の許容クリアランスより小さいため、クリアランスが拡大しており、接合部材3を2本のアンカーボルト1間でスライド調整することができ、各々のボルト挿通孔30にアンカーボルト1のねじ部12を容易に挿入することができる。本実施形態では、接合部材3に貫通して設けられた2つのボルト挿通孔30の間隔が、2本のアンカーボルト1の間隔より大きい場合を示しているので、接合部材3の孔間隔はアンカーボルト1の設置位置に従って伸び縮み調整(矯正)される。なお、接合部材3のボルト挿通孔30の間隔が小さい場合は、大きな矯正力が必要になるので高精度の孔間隔加工が必要になる。
(Insertion and holding process)
In the insertion and holding step, first, as shown in FIG. 5A, two anchor bolts 1 are embedded in a foundation 6, and then the two anchor bolts 1 are inserted through the threaded portions 12 of the two anchor bolts 1 into the two bolt insertion holes 30 provided through the connecting member 3 up to the position of the taper portion 14. In this state, a spacer 5 and a washer 41 are disposed on the threaded portion 12, and the nut 4 is screwed and held. In the insertion and holding step, the threaded portion 12 has a smaller thread diameter than the allowable clearance of the bolt insertion hole, so that the clearance is enlarged, and the connecting member 3 can be slid between the two anchor bolts 1, and the threaded portion 12 of the anchor bolt 1 can be easily inserted into each bolt insertion hole 30. In this embodiment, the interval between the two bolt insertion holes 30 provided through the connecting member 3 is larger than the interval between the two anchor bolts 1, so that the hole interval of the connecting member 3 is adjusted (corrected) by expanding and contracting according to the installation position of the anchor bolt 1. If the spacing between the bolt insertion holes 30 of the joining member 3 is small, a large correction force is required, and therefore high-precision hole spacing processing is required.

2本のアンカーボルト1の各々のねじ部12に対して、接合部材3のボルト挿通孔30の挿入が完了後、図5(B)に示すように、アンカーボルト1のねじ部12に螺合させたナット4を交互に締め付けて、接合部材3を調整部13に嵌合させる。この際の接合部材3のボルト挿通孔30のねじ部12から調整部13への移行は、調整部13の端部に設けられたテーパー部14によりスムーズに行われる。そして、これにより、図5(C)に示すように、本実施形態のアンカーボルト1に対する接合部材3の接合が完了する。なお、本発明のアンカーボルト用調整部材2を用いたアンカーボルトにおいても、実質的に本発明のアンカーボルト1と同様の構成とすることができるため、上記接合工程と同様の工程により接合することができる。
(Tightening process)
