Hereinafter, a fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a vertical sliding window 1 which is a fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a horizontal cross-sectional view of the vertical sliding window 1.
A vertical sliding window 1 is installed in an opening of a building and comprises a window frame 2 which is a fitting frame, a paper screen 3 arranged within the window frame 2, a connecting part 4 which connects the window frame 2 to the paper screen 3 so that it can be opened and closed in a vertical sliding manner, a screen frame 5 which is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the window frame 2, and a screen 6 which is removably attached to the screen frame 5. The screen frame 5 is an example of a screen frame, and the screen 6 is an example of a screen body.
The horizontal direction along the wall of the building in which the vertical sliding window 1 is installed is defined as the X-axis direction, the up-down direction along the wall is defined as the Y-axis direction, and the indoor-outdoor direction perpendicular to the wall is defined as the Z-axis direction. As shown in Fig. 2, in the X-axis direction, the left direction when looking at the vertical sliding window 1 from the inside of the room is defined as the X1 direction, and the right direction is defined as the X2 direction. In the Y-axis direction, the upward direction is defined as the Y1 direction, and the downward direction is defined as the Y2 direction. In the Z-axis direction, the direction from the outside of the room to the inside of the room is defined as the Z1 direction, and the direction toward the outside of the room is defined as the Z2 direction.

As shown in Figure 4, the lower material 62, like the upper material 61, is formed with an L-shaped cross section and is provided with a plate-shaped mounting piece 621 and a guide piece 622 protruding from the lower end (the end on the outer periphery) of the mounting piece 621 to the outside of the room.
5, the vertical member 63, like the upper member 61 and the lower member 62, is provided with a plate-shaped mounting piece 631 and a guide piece 632 protruding from the X1-direction end (the outer peripheral end) of the mounting piece 631 to the outside, and is formed with an L-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG. 6, the vertical member 64, like the vertical member 63, is provided with a plate-shaped mounting piece 641 and a guide piece 642 protruding from the X2-direction end (the outer peripheral end) of the mounting piece 641 to the outside, and is formed with an L-shaped cross section.

The exterior surface of each mounting piece 611 , 621 , 631 , 641 is a mounting surface to which the outer edge of the net 80 is fixed with single-sided tape 85 described below, and the interior surface is a fixing surface that is fixed to the corner material 70 .
3, the extension dimension L1 of the guide piece 612 extending in the expected direction, i.e., in the outdoor direction (Z2 direction) from the outdoor surface of the mounting piece 611 is larger than the thickness dimension L2 in the expected direction (Z2 direction) of the net 80 and the single-sided tape 85 attached to the outdoor surface of the mounting piece 611. In other words, the thickness dimension L2 is the thickness dimension from the outdoor surface of the mounting piece 611 to the outdoor surface of the single-sided tape 85, and is equivalent to the dimension obtained by adding the thickness dimension of the net 80 and the thickness dimension of the single-sided tape 85 together.
The dimensional difference L1-L2 between the exterior surface of guide piece 612 and the exterior surface of single-sided tape 85 is, for example, about 0.5 to 1.0 mm. That is, the dimension L3=L1-L2 in the expected direction between exterior piece 513 and single-sided tape 85 is about 0.5 to 1.0 mm, and by ensuring this gap dimension L3, single-sided tape 85 is prevented from coming into contact with exterior piece 513 and being peeled off when upper material 61 of screen door 6 is inserted into or removed from upper groove 510.
In the vertical members 63, 64 as well, the extension dimension of the guide pieces 632, 642 is made larger than the thickness dimension of the net 80 and the single-sided tape 85, thereby ensuring a gap between the exterior pieces 533, 543 and the single-sided tape 85 and preventing the single-sided tape 85 from peeling off.
In the lower material 62 as well, the extension dimension of the guide piece 622 is set to be larger than the thickness dimension of the net 80 and the single-sided tape 85. Then, as shown in Fig. 4, when the handle part 95 is in contact with the exterior surface of the groove partitioning part 522, the guide piece 622 does not contact the exterior piece 523, and a gap is secured between the locking part 525 and the single-sided tape 85, preventing the single-sided tape 85 from peeling off. The gap dimension between the locking part 525 and the single-sided tape 85 is set to be equal to or smaller than the gap dimension between the guide piece 622 and the exterior piece 523, so that even if the lower material 62 moves to the exterior side and the guide piece 622 contacts the exterior piece 523, the locking part 525 does not contact the single-sided tape 85, or even if it does contact the single-sided tape 85, peeling does not occur. Furthermore, in the state shown in Figure 4, the Z-axis direction position of the indoor surface of the locking portion 525 is located closer to the indoor side (Z1 direction side) than the Z-axis direction position of the outdoor surface of the guide piece 622, and is set so that if the base material 62 moves upward unintentionally, the guide piece 622 abuts against the underside of the locking portion 525 and locks in place.

The corner material 70 (upper corner material 70A, lower corner material 70B) is a connecting material that connects the upper and lower horizontal members 61 and 62 with the left and right vertical members 63 and 64. As shown in Fig. 7 as well as Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the corner material 70 has a horizontal member fixing part 71 to which the ends of the upper and lower horizontal members 61 and 62 are fixed, a vertical member fixing part 72 to which the ends of the vertical members 63 and 64 are fixed, and a connecting part 73 that connects the horizontal member fixing part 71 and the vertical member fixing part 72. The corner material 70 is made of an elastically deformable resin material and is manufactured by injection molding or the like. Note that Fig. 8 (A) shows the exterior surface of the corner material 70, and Fig. 8 (B) shows the interior surface of the corner material 70.

The exterior surface of the horizontal-member fixing part 71 is provided with a fixing surface 711 to which the upper member 61 or the lower member 62 is fixed with double-sided tape or the like, and walls 712 and 713 which partition the fixing surface 711. The wall 712 is formed along the inner peripheral surface of the horizontal-member fixing part 71, and the wall 713 is formed along the corner side end of the horizontal-member fixing part 71, i.e., the end on the vertical-member fixing part 72 side. In other words, the wall 712 is formed along the X-axis direction which is the longitudinal direction of the horizontal-member fixing part 71, and the wall 713 is formed along the Y-axis direction which is the short side direction of the horizontal-member fixing part 71.
Similarly, the exterior surface of the vertical-member fixing part 72 includes a fixing surface 721 to which the vertical member 63 or vertical member 64 is fixed with double-sided tape or the like, and walls 722, 723 that partition the fixing surface 721. The wall 722 is formed along the inner peripheral surface of the vertical-member fixing part 72, and the wall 723 is formed along the corner side end of the vertical-member fixing part 72, i.e., the end on the cross-member fixing part 71 side. In other words, the wall 722 is formed along the Y-axis direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the vertical-member fixing part 72, and the wall 723 is formed along the X-axis direction, which is the short side direction of the vertical-member fixing part 72.

The connecting portion 73 connects the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 so that their longitudinal directions are at a reference position perpendicular to each other, and is configured to be elastically deformable in the approaching direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 10 ) in which the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 approach each other, as shown in FIG. 10 . The connecting portion 73 is composed of an inner peripheral side connecting portion 74 and an outer peripheral side connecting portion 75.
As shown in Figure 8, the inner connecting portion 74 comprises a first inner piece portion 741 extending from the corner side end of the horizontal member fixing portion 71, a second inner piece portion 742 extending from the corner side end of the vertical member fixing portion 72, and an inner curved piece portion 743 connecting the first inner piece portion 741 and the second inner piece portion 742.
The first inner peripheral piece portion 741 and the second inner peripheral piece portion 742 extend from the inner peripheral side portions of the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 toward the outer peripheral corners of the frame 60 at angles of approximately 45° with respect to the X-axis and the Y-axis. Therefore, the first inner peripheral piece portion 741 and the second inner peripheral piece portion 742 are disposed approximately parallel to each other.
The inner circumferential curved piece 743 is connected to the ends of the first inner circumferential piece 741 and the second inner circumferential piece 742, and is formed in a substantially arc shape in the plan view shown in Fig. 8. Therefore, the first inner circumferential piece 741 and the second inner circumferential piece 742 are continuous with the inner circumferential curved piece 743 by a curved surface.
The inner peripheral connecting portion 74 is formed into a substantially U-shape in plan view seen from the outside or inside of the room, and the corner material 70 has a slit 76 formed therein that is surrounded by a first inner peripheral piece portion 741, a second inner peripheral piece portion 742, and an inner peripheral curved piece portion 743 and opens onto the inner peripheral surface side of the frame 60. The width dimension of the slit 76, i.e., the distance between the first inner peripheral piece portion 741 and the second inner peripheral piece portion 742, is, for example, 2 mm.
The thickness dimension in the Z-axis direction of the inner periphery connecting portion 74 is the same dimension as the wall portions 713, 723. Therefore, on the exterior surface of the corner material 70, the wall portions 713, 723 and the exterior surface of the inner periphery connecting portion 74 are continuously flush with each other.

The outer periphery side connecting portion 75 comprises a first outer periphery piece portion 751 extending from the corner side end portion of the horizontal member fixing portion 71, a second outer periphery piece portion 752 extending from the corner side end portion of the vertical member fixing portion 72, and an outer periphery curved piece portion 753 connecting the first outer periphery piece portion 751 and the second outer periphery piece portion 752.
The first outer peripheral piece 751 and the second outer peripheral piece 752 extend from the outer peripheral side portions of the horizontal member fixing part 71 and the vertical member fixing part 72 along the respective longitudinal directions of the horizontal member fixing part 71 and the vertical member fixing part 72. Therefore, the first outer peripheral piece 751 and the second outer peripheral piece 752 extend in directions perpendicular to each other (the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction).
The outer periphery curved piece 753 is connected to the ends of the first outer periphery piece 751 and the second outer periphery piece 752, and is formed in a substantially arc shape in the plan view shown in FIG.
The thickness dimension in the Z-axis direction of the outer periphery connecting portion 75 is larger than those of the inner periphery connecting portion 74 and the wall portions 713 and 723. Therefore, on the exterior surface of the corner material 70, the outer periphery connecting portion 75 protrudes further toward the exterior than the inner periphery connecting portion 74 and the wall portions 713 and 723. Therefore, the outer periphery connecting portion 75 has a protruding portion that protrudes from the arrangement surface on which the net 80 is arranged.
As shown in FIG. 9 , the outer periphery connecting portion 75 is provided so as to be continuous with the guide pieces 612 , 622 , 632 , 642 of the upper member 61 , lower member 62 , and vertical members 63 , 64 fixed to the corner member 70 .

8, a space 77 penetrating in the Z-axis direction is formed between the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 and the inner periphery side connecting portion 74. The connection portions between the walls 713, 723 and the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 are formed to have arcuate surfaces, and the surfaces defining the periphery of the space 77 are configured to be continuous curved surfaces.
Further, a pressing piece 754 protruding toward the space 77 is formed on the outer circumferential curved piece 753 of the outer circumferential connecting part 75. The exterior surface of the pressing piece 754 is flush with the inner circumferential connecting part 74 and the wall parts 713, 723, but the thickness dimension of the pressing piece 754 in the Z-axis direction is smaller than those of the inner circumferential connecting part 74 and the wall parts 713, 723. For this reason, the pressing piece 754 is formed in a thin plate shape.

Such a corner member 70 is made of an elastically deformable synthetic resin material. The connecting portion 73 connecting the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 is made up of the inner connecting portion 74 which is formed in a substantially U-shape in plan view so as to form the slit 76, and the outer connecting portion 75 which is formed with the inner connecting portion 74 across a space 77 and which is formed with an outer circumferential curved piece portion 753 which is substantially arc-shaped in plan view. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 10, the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 can be elastically deformed in the direction in which they approach each other, that is, in the in-plane direction along the X-axis and Y-axis.
The corner member 70 can be elastically deformed to a position where the corners 714, 724 facing the slits 76 of the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 abut against each other. The corner 714 is also the end portion of the first inner peripheral piece portion 741 facing the inner peripheral surface of the frame 60, and the corner 724 is also the end portion of the second inner peripheral piece portion 742 facing the inner peripheral surface of the frame 60. The corners 714, 724 are restricting portions of the present invention that abut against each other and restrict further deformation when the connecting portion 73 is elastically deformed.

As shown in Figure 9, the frame 60 is formed by fixing the upper and lower horizontal members 61 and 62 to the fixing surface 711 of the horizontal member fixing portion 71 of the corner member 70 using double-sided tape or the like, and fixing the vertical members 63 and 64 to the fixing surface 721 of the vertical member fixing portion 72 using double-sided tape or the like.
The net 80 is formed in a flat rectangular shape, and its outer edges (upper edge, lower edge, left and right vertical edges) are attached to the upper member 61, lower member 62, and vertical members 63, 64 of the frame 60. Specifically, the net 80 is placed on the exterior surfaces of the mounting pieces 611, 621, 631, 641 of the upper member 61, lower member 62, and vertical members 63, 64, and is attached to the frame 60 by sticking a single-sided tape 85, which is an adhesive tape, from the surface of the net 80 at the placement locations. That is, the single-sided tape 85 has an adhesive layer on one side on the net 80 side, i.e., the indoor side, and this adhesive layer is fixed to the mounting pieces 611, 621, 631, 641 through the mesh of the net 80, so that the net 80 is also fixed to the mounting pieces 611, 621, 631, 641.
After the net 80 is attached to the frame 60 with the single-sided tape 85, any part of the net 80 that protrudes from the frame 60 can be cut off with a cutter or the like. That is, by moving the cutter along the inner circumferential surfaces of the guide pieces 612, 622, 632, 642 and the outer circumferential connecting portions 75, the part of the net 80 that protrudes from the single-sided tape 85 to the outer circumferential side can be easily cut off.
The four corners of the net 80 are inserted into the spaces 77. For this reason, the corners of the net 80 are disposed on the indoor surface side of the pressing pieces 754 of the outer periphery side connecting parts 75, and are made difficult to come off from the spaces 77.

As shown in Fig. 7, three pull parts 90 and a handle part 95 are attached to the screen door 6. The pull parts 90 are fixed to the interior surfaces of the upper member 61 and the left and right vertical members 63, 64 with double-sided tape or the like. The handle part 95 is fixed to the interior surface of the lower member 62 with double-sided tape or the like.
The pull part 90 is configured to include a base portion 91, a pair of arm portions 92, and a grip portion 93. The base portion 91 is a plate-like portion that is fixed to the upper member 61 and the vertical members 63 and 64 with double-sided tape or the like.
The arm portion 92 is disposed on either side of the base portion 91, and an end portion on the outer periphery side of the frame 60 is connected to the base portion 91. The arm portion 92 is formed with a claw portion 920. As shown in Figures 3, 5, and 6, the claw portion 920 includes an inclined surface 921 that inclines toward the room from the outer periphery side of the frame 60 toward the inner periphery side, and a contact surface 922 that is formed along the Z-axis direction from the inner periphery side edge of the inclined surface 921 toward the outside of the room, and is formed in a substantially triangular cross section.
The handle portion 93 is provided straddling between the inner peripheral ends of the pair of arm portions 92. The handle portion 93 is formed in a plate shape that protrudes toward the room side and is configured so that the user can grasp it with their hands.

As shown in FIG. 4, the handle part 95 is configured with a base part 96 and a handle part 97. The base part 96 is a plate-like part that is fixed to the arm part 92 with double-sided tape or the like. The handle part 97 is formed in a plate shape that protrudes into the room and is configured so that the user can grasp it with their hand.

Next, a procedure for attaching and detaching the screen door 6 to and from the screen door frame 5 will be described. The screen door 6 is attached to and detached from the screen door frame 5 while elastically deforming the upper member 61, lower member 62, vertical members 63, 64, and corner members 70 (upper corner member 70A, lower corner member 70B) of the frame 60. The net 80 deforms in response to the elastic deformation of the frame 60.
For example, the screen door 6 can be attached to the screen door frame 5 in the following procedure. As shown in Fig. 11, the upper member 61 is bent, for example, toward the inside of the room to narrow the gap between the upper end of the upper corner member 70A and the vertical member 63 on the left side and the upper end of the upper corner member 70A and the vertical member 64 on the right side, and is inserted into the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54 of the screen door frame 5. The two-dot chain lines in Fig. 11 indicate the inner peripheral surface portions 511, 521, 531, 541 of the screen door frame 5 where the upper groove portion 510, the lower groove portion 520, and the vertical groove portions 530, 540 are opened. Also, the net 80, the pull tab part 90, and the handle part 95 are omitted in Fig. 11.
The horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 of the upper corner member 70A are connected by the elastically deformable inner peripheral side connecting portion 74 and the outer peripheral side connecting portion 75, so that in addition to the upper member 61, the upper corner member 70A and the vertical members 63, 64 can also be bent to deform the frame 60 three-dimensionally, and the upper corner member 70A and the upper parts of the vertical members 63, 64 can be inserted into the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54. At this time, the lower parts of the vertical members 63, 64, the lower corner member 70B, and the lower member 62 are arranged on the indoor side of the screen frame 5, and at this time, the lower corner member 70B and the lower member 62 also elastically deform in conjunction with the elastic deformation of the vertical members 63, 64.

Next, the screen door 6 is lifted up and the upper material 61 is inserted into the upper groove portion 510 of the upper frame 51. For example, the pull part 90 attached to the upper material 61 is grabbed and lifted by hand, and the upper material 61 and the pull part 90 are inserted into the upper groove portion 510. At this time, the arm part 92 of the pull part 90 is elastically deformed toward the outside of the room as the inclined surface 921 of the claw part 920 abuts against the locking part 514 of the upper frame 51. Then, when the claw part 920 overcomes the locking part 514 and is placed in the recess 515, the arm part 92 returns to the original state shown in FIG. 3. Therefore, when the upper material 61 moves downward and tries to come off the upper groove portion 510, the abutment surface 922 of the claw part 920 abuts against the locking part 514, so that the upper material 61 can be prevented from coming off the upper groove portion 510.
Next, the lower material 62 is bent to climb over the operator handle 43, while narrowing the gap between the lower side of the left lower corner material 70B and vertical material 63 and the lower side of the right lower corner material 70B and vertical material 64, and is inserted into the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54 of the screen door frame 5. At this time, the lower material 62 also passes over the groove partition 522 of the lower frame 52 and is positioned above the lower groove 520.

Then, the screen door 6 is moved downward by pushing the handle part 95 of the lower material 62 downward, and the lower material 62 is inserted into the lower groove part 520 of the lower frame 52 as shown in FIG. 4. At this time, the lower end of the base part 96 of the handle part 95 is also placed in the lower groove part 520. Since the locking part 525 is formed on the exterior piece part 523 of the lower frame 52, the lower material 62 and the handle part 95 are pushed between the groove partition part 522 and the locking part 525 while tilting the lower material 62 diagonally, and the exterior piece part 523 and the groove partition part 522 are slightly curved while the lower material 62 is inserted into the lower groove part 520. As a result, even if the lower material 62 moves upward unintentionally, the guide piece 622 is locked to the locking part 525, and the lower material 62 can be prevented from coming off the lower groove part 520.
The pull parts 90 of the vertical members 63, 64 are also inserted into the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54. In this case, too, the arm parts 92 of the pull parts 90 are elastically deformed, and the claw parts 920 move over the locking parts 534, 544 of the vertical frames 53, 54 to the recesses 535, 545. Therefore, when the vertical members 63, 64 try to come off the vertical grooves 530, 540, the abutment surfaces 922 come into contact with the locking parts 534, 544, so that the vertical members 63, 64 can be prevented from coming off the vertical grooves 530, 540.
The above procedure is one example of the procedure for attaching the screen door 6 to the screen door frame 5. For example, the handle parts 90 of the vertical members 63, 64 may be inserted into the vertical groove parts 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54, and then the screen door 6 may be moved downward to insert the lower member 62 and the handle part 95 into the lower groove part 520.

On the other hand, when removing the screen door 6 from the screen door frame 5, for example when cleaning the screen door 6 or if the net 80 is damaged, the procedure can be reversed from that for mounting. For example, the handle part 95 of the lower material 62 is grasped by hand and moved upward, and then pulled toward the inside of the room to bend the lower material 62, which moves the lower material 62 and the handle part 95 toward the inside of the room by climbing over the groove partition part 522. Also, the handle parts 93 of the pull parts 90 of the vertical members 63 and 64 are pushed toward the outside of the room to release the hook parts 920 and the locking parts 534 and 544 from their locked state.
Next, the lower material 62 and the lower corner material 70B are elastically deformed to remove the lower corner material 70B and the lower sides of the vertical materials 63, 64 from the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54, and the lower material 62 is moved inside the room by climbing over the operator handle 43.
In addition, the handle portion 93 of the pull part 90 of the upper material 61 is pushed toward the outside of the room to release the locked state of the claw portion 920 and the locking portion 514, and the upper material 61 is moved downward.
Then, the upper material 61 and the upper corner material 70A are elastically deformed to remove the upper corner material 70A and the upper sides of the vertical materials 63, 64 from the vertical grooves 530, 540 of the vertical frames 53, 54, and the screen door 6 is removed from the screen door frame 5.

[Effects of the embodiment]
Since the corner material 70 of the frame 60 is configured to be elastically deformable in the direction in which the horizontal material fixing portion 71 and the vertical material fixing portion 72 approach each other, the corner material 70 can be elastically deformed in addition to the upper material 61, lower material 62, and vertical materials 63, 64. Therefore, when attaching or detaching the screen door 6 to or from the screen door frame 5, the frame 60 of the screen door 6 is easily bent, making it easy to attach or detach the screen door 6.

The corner material 70 has corners 714, 724 that come into contact with each other and act as restricting parts to restrict further elastic deformation when the horizontal member fixing part 71 and the vertical member fixing part 72 are deformed in a direction approaching each other, so that the deformation amount of the corner material 70 can be restricted to a predetermined amount or less, and the corner material 70 can be reliably prevented from undergoing plastic deformation or being damaged.

The connecting portion 73 includes an inner peripheral side connecting portion 74 and an outer peripheral side connecting portion 75, and therefore, a structure can be realized which ensures appropriate rigidity for the connecting portion 73 while also allowing elastic deformation.
The inner connecting portion 74 is formed in a roughly U-shape in plan view and has a first inner piece portion 741, a second inner piece portion 742, and an inner curved piece portion 743, and forms a slit 76 with an open inner side. Therefore, during elastic deformation, the first inner piece portion 741 and the second inner piece portion 742 can be abutted to form a regulating portion, and the connecting portion 73 having a regulating portion can be realized with a simple structure and costs can be reduced.
In addition, since the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 connects the inner periphery side of the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 of the corner member 70, if it is formed along the inner periphery surface of the corner member 70, the length cannot be ensured and it is necessary to deform it greatly, making it difficult to ensure both rigidity and deformation amount. In contrast, the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 of this embodiment has a first inner periphery piece portion 741 and a second inner periphery piece portion 742 that extend from the inner periphery side of the corner member 70 to the outer periphery side, and when it is deformed to a restricted position where the corner portions 714, 724 abut, the inner periphery curved piece portion 743 provided at a position away from the corner portions 714, 724 on the outer periphery side is deformed, so that the deformation amount of the inner periphery curved piece portion 743 can be suppressed. Therefore, the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 can ensure the necessary deformation amount while maintaining rigidity.

Since the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 includes the first outer periphery piece 751, the second outer periphery piece 752, and the outer periphery curved piece 753, it can be realized with a simple structure and costs can be reduced. In addition, since the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 is formed along the outer periphery of the corner material 70 and can have a long length, it is possible to distribute stress during elastic deformation and ensure the amount of deformation while ensuring rigidity.
Furthermore, the outer peripheral surface of the corner portion of the corner material 70 is formed in an arc shape by the outer peripheral curved piece portion 753, rather than being a perpendicular corner portion, so that when the frame portion 60 is inserted into the upper groove portion 510, the lower groove portion 520, and the vertical groove portions 530 and 540 of the screen frame 5, it is possible to prevent the frame portion 60 from damaging the screen frame 5.

Since a space 77 is formed between the outer circumferential side connecting portion 75 and the inner circumferential side connecting portion 74, the outer circumferential side connecting portion 75 and the inner circumferential side connecting portion 74 can be easily deformed.
Since the corner material 70 has a space 77 formed therein, the corner portion of the net 80 can be inserted and held within the space 77. Furthermore, since the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 has a pressing piece 754 formed therein, the net 80 pressed into the space 77 can be pressed down by the pressing piece 754, preventing the net 80 from floating up.

The extension dimension L1 in the projected direction of the guide pieces 612, 622, 632, 642 of the upper material 61, lower material 62, and vertical materials 63, 64 of the frame 60 is made larger than the thickness dimension L2 in the projected direction of the net 80 and single-sided tape 85, thereby preventing the single-sided tape 85 from coming into contact with the screen frame 5 and peeling off when the screen 6 is attached or detached from the upper groove portion 510, lower groove portion 520, and vertical groove portions 530, 540.
Since the net 80 is fixed to the frame 60 with a single-sided tape 85, the workability of attaching the net 80 to the frame 60 can be improved compared with the case where the net 80 is attached with an adhesive, and the productivity of the screen door 6 can be improved.
Furthermore, if the net 80 is attached to the frame 60 with an adhesive, when the screen door 6 is removed from the screen door frame 5, the adhesive will be exposed on the surface of the screen door 6, reducing the design quality. In contrast, in this embodiment, the net 80 is attached to the frame 60 with single-sided tape 85, so when the screen door 6 is removed, the adhesive layer of the single-sided tape 85 is not exposed, but the support layer that supports the adhesive layer, i.e., the base material of the single-sided tape 85, is exposed, thereby improving the design quality of the screen door 6.

Guide pieces 612, 622, 632, 642 of the upper material 61, lower material 62, and vertical materials 63, 64, and the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 of the corner material 70 are provided along the outer periphery of the frame 60, so these can be used as guides when cutting the outer periphery of the net 80 with a cutter or the like. This improves the ease of cutting the net 80, and further improves the productivity of the screen door 6.

Because the net 80 is attached to the exterior surface of the frame 60, the pull tab parts 90 and handle parts 95 can be attached to the interior surface of the frame 60 without interfering with the net 80.

[Modification]
The corner material 70 is not limited to the structure of the above embodiment. For example, the restricting portion for restricting the elastic deformation amount of the corner material 70 may be formed on the upper material 61, the lower material 62, or the vertical materials 63 and 64 instead of on the corner material 70, or the restricting portion may not be provided.
In addition, the connecting portion 73 is not limited to being composed of the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 and the outer periphery side connecting portion 75, and may be composed of only one of the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 or the outer periphery side connecting portion 75. In addition, the connecting portion may be composed of an intermediate connecting portion that connects intermediate portions of the inner and outer peripheries of the corner side ends of the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72.
Furthermore, the specific structures of the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 and the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 are not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the inner periphery side connecting portion 74 is not limited to being formed in a substantially U-shape when viewed from the front direction, but may be formed in an arc shape when viewed from the front. Similarly, the outer periphery side connecting portion 75 may be formed in a quarter-circumference shape when viewed from the front.
In other words, the connecting portion 73 of the corner material 70 is configured to be elastically deformable in a direction in which the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 approach each other from a reference position in which the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 are arranged perpendicular to each other, and when the force deforming the corner material 70 is released, the horizontal member fixing portion 71 and the vertical member fixing portion 72 can be returned to and maintained in the reference position.

The upper and lower horizontal members and the left and right vertical members of the frame 60 of the screen door 6 are not limited to the structures of the above embodiment. For example, as shown in Fig. 12, a vertical member 63B may have a structure with an attachment piece 631, an outer circumferential guide piece 632, and an inner circumferential guide piece 633, and a cross section with a U-shape. Also, as shown in Fig. 13, a vertical member 63C may have a structure with an attachment piece 631 and an inner circumferential guide piece 633, and a cross section with an L-shape.
If guide pieces 632, 633 are formed on the outer and inner periphery, respectively, as in the case of vertical member 63B, it is possible to more reliably prevent single-sided tape 85 adhered to mounting piece 631 from contacting screen door frame 5. Therefore, when screen door 6 is inserted into the groove of screen door frame 5, it is possible to reliably prevent single-sided tape 85 from coming into contact with screen door frame 5 and being peeled off.
Furthermore, if a guide piece 633 is provided on the inner circumference, like vertical member 63B or vertical member 63C, the inner circumference side of the single-sided tape 85 can be covered with the guide piece 633, thereby preventing the single-sided tape 85 from being visible from the inner circumference surface of the screen door 6.

The tape used to attach the net 80 to the frame 60 is not limited to single-sided tape, and double-sided tape may be used, which is placed between the net 80 and the mounting pieces 611, 621, 631, and 641. In this case, decorative tape may be applied to the surface of the net 80 to cover the adhesive surface of the double-sided tape to which the net 80 is attached.

The screen frame 5 may be formed independently of the window frame 2. In addition, the screen frame 5 is not limited to being separate from the window frame 2, and the window frame 2 may be provided with a structure that essentially serves as a screen frame.
The fixture of the present invention is not limited to the vertical sliding window 1, but may be a sliding window or an outward opening window. The fixed screen is not limited to being installed on the inside of a shoji screen, but may be installed on the outside of a shoji screen in fixtures that have a shoji screen that opens and closes to the inside of the room, such as tilt-in windows and draped windows.
The screen body is not limited to a screen door. For example, the screen of the screen body may be a screen other than the net 80. For example, it may be a sheet-like light-shielding screen, or it may be a screen such as a net, cloth, or film that can follow the deformation of the rectangular frame when the frame is deformed.
The sheet-like screen may be fixed to the frame with double-sided tape or adhesive, or the outer edge of the screen may be formed into a net-like shape and fixed to the frame with single-sided tape. Furthermore, the screen may be fixed to the frame by sewing it with a string-like member.

[Summary of the invention]
The screen body of the present invention is a screen body comprising a rectangular frame and a screen held by the frame, wherein the frame comprises upper and lower horizontal members, left and right vertical members, and corner members connecting the horizontal members and the vertical members, wherein the horizontal members and the vertical members are configured to be elastically deformable, and the corner members have horizontal member fixing portions to which the ends of the horizontal members are fixed, vertical member fixing portions to which the ends of the vertical members are fixed, and connecting portions connecting the horizontal member fixing portions and the vertical member fixing portions, and wherein the connecting portions are configured to be elastically deformable in a proximity direction in which the horizontal member fixing portions and the vertical member fixing portions approach each other from a reference position in which the horizontal member fixing portions and the vertical member fixing portions are arranged perpendicular to each other.
The corner members of the frame are configured to be elastically deformable in the direction in which the horizontal member fixing parts and the vertical member fixing parts approach each other, so in addition to the upper and lower horizontal members and the left and right vertical members, the corner members can also be elastically deformed. Therefore, when attaching or detaching the screen body to or from a screen frame having a groove opening on its inner peripheral surface, the frame frame of the screen body is easily bent, making it easy to attach and detach the screen body.

In the screen body of the present invention, it is preferable that the horizontal member fixing portion and the vertical member fixing portion have restricting portions that come into contact with each other when elastically deformed in the approaching direction to restrict further deformation.
Since the corner material has a restricting portion for restricting elastic deformation, the amount of deformation of the corner material can be restricted to within an integral range, thereby preventing the corner material from undergoing plastic deformation or being damaged.

In the screen body of the present invention, the connecting portion has an inner connecting portion comprising a first inner peripheral piece portion extending from the corner side end face of the horizontal member fixing portion, a second inner peripheral piece portion extending from the corner side end face of the vertical member fixing portion, and an inner peripheral curved piece portion connecting the first inner peripheral piece portion and the second inner peripheral piece portion, and it is preferable that the corner member has a slit formed in it that is surrounded by the first inner peripheral piece portion, the second inner peripheral piece portion, and the inner peripheral curved piece portion and is open on the inner peripheral side.
The connecting portion is composed of an inner connecting portion having a first inner piece portion, a second inner piece portion, and an inner curved piece portion, and a slit is formed with an open inner side. Therefore, during elastic deformation, the inner piece portions can be abutted against each other to form a regulating portion, allowing a connecting portion having a regulating portion to be realized with a simple structure and reducing costs.

In the screen body of the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting portion has an outer periphery side connecting portion comprising a first outer periphery piece portion extending from the outer periphery side of the corner side end face of the horizontal member fixing portion, a second outer periphery piece portion extending from the outer periphery side of the corner side end face of the vertical member fixing portion, and an outer periphery curved piece portion connecting the first outer periphery piece portion and the second outer periphery piece portion.
Since the connecting portion is composed of an outer connecting portion including a first outer peripheral piece, a second outer peripheral piece, and an outer peripheral curved piece, the connecting portion can be realized with a simple structure and costs can be reduced. In addition, since the first outer peripheral piece and the second outer peripheral piece are connected by the outer peripheral curved piece, stress during elastic deformation can be dispersed.
