【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建物の壁や天井に形成された点検口の周縁部分に取り付けられる点検口用の枠材に関するものであり、又該枠材を用いた点検口枠体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
建物の壁や天井部に設けられた点検口の周縁部分に取り付けられる従来の枠材の一例としては、図17に示すように、下地部aにビスbを用いて固定される固定片cの両側に、点検口dの内周面eを覆う第1の覆片fと、前記点検口dを閉蓋する蓋板gの外周面hを当接状態で覆う第2の覆片jとを対向状態に平行して突設すると共に、該第1、第2の覆片f,j間に形成された溝部kの開放部mを遮蔽する遮蔽片nが、前記第1の覆片fの前部に、屈曲部oを介して開閉可能に一体に設けられていた。そして前記遮蔽片nが閉じるに伴って、遮蔽片nの後面に設けた第1の係合部pが前記第2の覆片jを、前記蓋板の外周面hに押圧するものであり、前記遮蔽片nが閉じた時には、前記第2の覆片jの弾性復元によって、前記第1の係合部pと、前記第2の覆片jの前部の溝部k側に設けられた第2の係合部sとが係合状態となり、これにより、前記遮蔽片nが前記開放部mを遮蔽した状態で保持され、且つ該遮蔽片nの先端側の部分tが、前記下地部aで後面uが支持された状態にある前記蓋板gの端縁部分vを前側から支持するように構成されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記構成の枠材を用いて構成した点検口枠体wにあっては、次のような問題点があった。
▲1▼ 前記第2の覆片jが、蓋板gの外周面hに当接状態にあったことから、前記遮蔽片nの閉じ動作は、第2の係合部sが第2の覆片jを前記外周面hに向けて無理に押圧すると共に、前記屈曲部oの無理な圧縮変形も生じさせて行われるものであり、遮蔽片を閉じにくい問題があった。又、点検口を通して配線や配管等の保守点検を行なう場合も、前記第2の覆片jや屈曲部nを無理に変形させることによって第1、第2の係合部p,sの係合状態を解除する必要があり、遮蔽片を開きにくい問題があった。

▲2▼ 又、位置が固定的で変形性のない下地部aと前記遮蔽片の先端側の部分tとで端縁部分vを挾持して蓋板gを保持していたため、点検口枠体の取り付け誤差等によって、閉蓋状態の蓋板にガタツキが発生する恐れがあった。又前記第2の覆片jが前後方向で突出する(傾斜していない)ために、該第2の覆片jの周方向の連続によって形成された開口部枠yの内部に蓋板gを円滑に嵌め入れるためには、蓋板の上下方向寸法及び左右方向寸法を、前記開口部枠の上下方向及び左右方向の内法よりも稍小さく設定させざるを得ないことになるが、このことが、閉蓋状態の蓋板に、上下方向や左右方向でガタツキを生じさせる原因となった。

▲3▼ 又前記枠材の固定を、前記第1、第2の覆片f,g間に形成された溝部の底部分(固定片c)でビス固定によって行なうこととしていたため、その固定のためには、ビスの位置決めとドライバーによる回転操作等のために30mm前後の溝幅を必要とした。従って、点検口の周縁部分に縁取り幅の大きい枠が取り付いた状態となり、点検口部分の見栄えが悪くなる問題があった。

本発明は、かかる問題点等に鑑みて開発されたものであり、遮蔽片の開閉を容易に行なうことができる点検口用の枠材の提供を目的とするものである。更に進んで、閉蓋状態の蓋板の安定性を向上させる点検口用の枠材の提供を目的とするものである。又、該枠材を用いた点検口枠体の提供を目的をするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明は以下の手段を採用する。
即ち、本発明に係る点検口用の枠材は、壁や天井に形成された点検口の周縁部分に取り付けられる枠材であって、前記点検口の内周面を覆う第1の覆片と前記点検口を閉蓋する蓋板の外周面を覆う第2の覆片とが、前端開放の溝部を両者間に形成するように後部で一体化され、且つ前記第2の覆片が、その後部から前部に向かうにつれて前記第1の覆片側に傾斜してなる本体部材を具えている。そして該本体部材の前記溝部の開放部を遮蔽する遮蔽片が、前記第1の覆片の前部に屈曲部を介して開閉可能に一体に設けられ、又前記遮蔽片が閉じるに伴って、該遮蔽片の後面に設けた第1の係合部が前記第2の覆片を、その傾斜角度を小さくする方向に弾性変形させ、前記遮蔽片が閉じたときには、前記第2の覆片が弾性的に戻ることによって、前記第1の係合部と前記第2の覆片の前記溝部側に設けられた第2の係合部とが係合状態になり、これにより、前記遮蔽片が前記開放部を遮蔽した状態で保持され、且つ該遮蔽片の先端側の部分が、点検口を閉蓋した状態にある前記蓋板の端縁部分を前側から支持する如くなされていることを特徴とするものである。

前記点検口用の枠材は、前記本体部材の後部に、閉蓋状態にある前記蓋板の後面を支持する蓋板支持片が設けられたものとして構成するのがよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜2において本発明に係る点検口用の枠材1は、壁Wに設けられた点検口2の周縁部分に取り付けられる合成樹脂製の枠材(例えば押出成形によって製作される)であって、前記点検口2の内周面3を覆う第1の覆片5と前記点検口2を閉蓋する蓋板6の外周面7を覆う第2の覆片9とが、前端開放の溝部10を両者間に形成するように後部で連結片11により連結一体化され、且つ前記第2の覆片9が、その後部12から前部13に向かうにつれて前記第1の覆片5側に傾斜してなる、断面コ字状の本体部材15を具えている。

本実施の形態においては、前記本体部材15の後部(本実施の形態においては、前記連結片11)に、前記点検口2を閉蓋した状態にある前記蓋板6の後面16を支持する蓋板支持片17が設けられている。又前記本体部材15の前記第1の覆片5は、その後部で後方に延長された延長片19を具えており、該延長片19の後側の部分が、前記点検口2の内周縁部分をなす下地部20への釘着用の固定部21とされている。又該第1の覆片5の前部22には、前記点検口2の縁部分を前側から被覆でき且つ後方に突出する突出部23を先端に具えたL字状をなす化粧片24が屈曲形成されている。

前記蓋板支持片17は本実施の形態においては、図1〜2に示すように、本体部材15の後部に設けた係合溝25内に所要量押し込み可能の係合突部26を端部分に具えており、該係合突部26が前記係合溝25内に所要量押し込まれた状態で本体部材15の後部に設けられている(図2)。

そして前記蓋板支持片17は、前記構成を有する係合突部26の基端に、前記連結片11と略平行する屈曲片33が略直角に連設されると共に、該屈曲片33の先端で、前記蓋板6の後面16に向けて突出する突出片35が略直角に連設され、且つ該突出片35の先端で、基端側36から先端側37に向かって前方に傾斜する支持片部39が略直角に連設されている。

その具体的な構成を説明すれば、前記した上下左右の枠材61,62,63,65は、夫々その両端部が45度の角度で斜めに切り落とされており、隣り合う枠材の端部66,67相互は、図9に示すように、前記化粧片24の後側溝部69に嵌め込まれるL字状接合部材70を用いて溶着や接着等の手段により接合一体化され、これにより、正方形状の枠本体71が構成されている。

前記蓋板6は、図11、図5に示すように、前記開口枠部77の内部に嵌め入れられてその後面16が前記蓋板支持片17の支持片部39で支持される正方形板状に構成されており、図2に示すように、該蓋板6の外周面7は蓋板の前面79と直角をなしている。

該蓋板6は、石膏ボード等の板材を、施工現場で正方形状に切断して形成される場合がある。そのときは、前記第2の覆片9の前部に設けた前記突部56の先端57(図2)を定規として機能させ、切断寸法を所要に設定することにより、寸法精度のよい蓋板を形成できることになる。図10によって説明すれば、上下方向及び左右方向の切断寸法を、上下の突部の先端57,57間の距離L1及び左右の突部の先端57,57間の距離L2によって設定する。又該蓋板6の肉厚は、かかる構成の蓋板6を図7〜8に示すように、前記正方形状の開口枠部77の内部にその前端開口80を通して嵌め入れ且つその後面16を前記蓋板支持片17の支持片部39の先端側37で支持させたときに、図8に示すように、該蓋板の外周面7の後端縁81が前記第2の覆片9の傾斜外面82にその後側部で当接し、且つ前記外周面7の前端縁83が前記突部56の稍後側に位置するように設定する。

然して前記構成の蓋板6で点検口2を閉蓋するには、図11、図8に示すように、該蓋板6を、正方形状の開口枠部77に嵌め入れる。該開口枠部77に嵌め入れられた蓋板6は、その外周面7の後端縁81で前記傾斜した前記第2の覆片9の傾斜外面(第2の覆片9の、前記溝部10と反対側の面)82にその後側部分で当接した状態となり、且つ前記外周面7の前端縁83は、前記突部56の稍後側に位置する。そして該外周面7と第2の覆片9との間には、前端に向かって溝幅が大きくなる楔状溝部85が形成される。この状態で前記遮蔽片41を閉じるのであるが、それに伴い図3に示すように、前記第1の係合部43の前記後端部分51が前記第2の係合部46の前記円弧面47を押圧し、これにより前記第2の覆片9が、図4に示すようにその傾斜角度を小さくする方向に弾性変形する。そして該遮蔽片41が図2に示すように閉じたときには、前記第2の覆片9が弾性的に戻ることによって、前記第1の係合部43と前記第2の係合部46とが、両係合面49,50で係合状態になり、これにより、前記遮蔽片41が前記開放部40を遮蔽した状態で保持されることとなる。

そして前記遮蔽片41が閉じた状態において、該遮蔽片の先端側の部分52が前記蓋板の端縁部分53の前面53aを被覆すると共に、該先端側の部分の後部86が、前記蓋板6を前記蓋板支持片17の支持片部39に向けて押圧する。この押圧は、前記支持片部39が、傾斜した状態でその先端側37が蓋板6の後面16に接し、その基端側36が該後面16に浮いた状態で行なわれる。従って該押圧は、支持片部39の弾性変形を伴って弾性的に行なわれることになる。それ故蓋板6の端縁部分53は、前記蓋板支持片17の支持片部39と前記遮蔽片41の先端側の部分52とによって、ガタツキのない状態で安定的に弾性挾持されることになり、図12に示すように、蓋板6の安定した閉蓋状態が保たれることになる。

又、前記点検口2を通して配線や配管等の保守点検を行なうに際しては、前記閉じた状態にある遮蔽片41の先端の条溝55(図2)に例えばドライバの先端を挿入して該遮蔽片41を手前(前方)に倒すように操作し、前記第1の係合部43と第2の係合部46との係合状態を解除して遮蔽片41を開く。これにより前記正方形状の開口枠部77は、前端に向かって末広がりの状態(蓋板を嵌め入れる時の状態)に戻るので、前記蓋板6を容易に取り外すことができる。

なお本実施の形態においては、前記のように、係合溝25内への係合突部26の押し込み量を所要に設定可能となされているため、本実施の形態に係る点検口枠体59によるときは、例えば厚さの異なる2種類の蓋板を前記開口枠部77内に嵌め入れて点検口2を閉蓋することができる。そのためには、例えば点検口枠体を出荷する際に、施工現場における蓋板の肉厚が厚い場合を想定して、図2に示すように、前記係合溝25内への前記係合突部26の押し込み量を小さめに設定しておく。施工現場おいて、厚肉の蓋板を用いる場合は、図2に示すように、該蓋板6を前記開口枠部77内に嵌め入れて点検口2を閉蓋することができる。一方、薄肉の蓋板を用いる場合は、図13に示すように、前記係合突部26を前記係合溝25内に奥まで十分に押し込むことによって、該蓋板6を前記正方形状の開口枠部77の内部に嵌め入れ且つ遮蔽片41を閉じることによって、点検口2を閉蓋できる。

〔その他の実施の形態〕
(1) 図14は、前記第1の係合部43と第2の係合部46とが係合して前記遮蔽片41が閉じた状態において、前記第2の覆片9の前部に設けた突部56が、前記点検口2を閉蓋した状態にある前記蓋板6の端縁部分53の前面53aと係合するように構成した場合を示している。このように構成したときは、蓋板6は、前記第1の係合部43と第2の係合部46との係合力に加えて、該端縁部分の前側53aと前記突部56との係合力が付加されるために、遮蔽片41が閉じた状態において、蓋板6の一層安定的な閉蓋状態が得られることになる。なお図14において一点鎖線で示す第2の覆片9は、その自由状態を示している。

(2) 本発明に係る点検口用の枠材及び点検口枠体は、建築物の壁だけではなく、天井に形成される点検口に対しても応用することができる。

(3) 本発明に係る点検口枠体を点検口の周縁部分に固定する手段は、第1の覆片に延長した前記固定部21を下地部20に釘着して行なうことの他、図15に示す従来施工のように、溝部10の底部分87で、下地部20にネジ釘89で固定する手段を採用してもよい。

(4) 又蓋板6の後面16を支持する前記蓋板支持片17は、その係合突片を係合溝に押し込む前記係合手段によって本体部材に設けることの他、あるタイプの点検口枠体において蓋板の肉厚が一種類であるときは、図15に示すように、該蓋板支持片17を本体部材に一体に設けることとしてもよい。

(5) 本発明に係る点検口用の枠材1は、前記蓋板支持片17を具えないものとして構成されることがある。この場合は、例えば図16に示すように、蓋板6の後面16が下地部79で支持される。なお同図において枠材1は、溝部10の底部分87で、下地部79にネジ釘89で固定されている。
