As an example of curtain tape that is attached to a required portion of curtain fabric, when looking at a curtain interlining sewn to the upper end portion of the curtain fabric, for example, as disclosed in
Generally, when sewing is performed, wrinkles occur not only at the sewn area but also in the surrounding area. When curtain interlining is sewn to the upper end portion of the curtain fabric, wrinkles occur on the front side of the curtain, and such wrinkles on the front side of the curtain deteriorate the appearance of the curtain. In the past, after sewing, the wrinkled area was ironed to remove the wrinkles, but there was a problem that the wrinkles would return to their original state over time. Thus, in the past, it was not possible to solve the problem of the curtain's poor appearance caused by wrinkles caused by sewing.
The present invention was developed in consideration of these conventional problems, and aims to provide a curtain tape with a wrinkle suppression function that can smooth out wrinkles that occur when the curtain tape is sewn to required areas of the curtain fabric and effectively fix the smoothed state of the wrinkles. Another aim is to provide a wrinkle suppression method that can simultaneously perform the process of smoothing out wrinkles that occur when the curtain tape is sewn and the process of fixing the smoothed state of the wrinkles. A further aim is to provide a curtain that looks good by maintaining the smoothed state of the wrinkles.

The tape base material is also characterized in that a hot melt adhesive is applied to the surface of the seam portion of the tape base material that contacts the curtain fabric.
The fifth aspect of the present invention, a curtain tape having a wrinkle suppressing function, is any one of the first to fourth aspects, characterized in that the hot melt adhesive is applied only to the surface of the seam portion that contacts the curtain fabric.
The first aspect of the wrinkle suppression method according to the present invention is characterized in that the curtain tape according to any one of the first to fourth aspects is sewn to the curtain fabric at the seam portion of the curtain tape, and the wrinkles generated by the sewing are smoothed out by ironing, and the hot melt adhesive is melted by the heat of the iron, and the smoothed out state of the wrinkles is fixed by the adhesive action of the molten adhesive.
The second aspect of the wrinkle suppression method according to the present invention is characterized in that the curtain tape according to the fifth aspect is sewn to the curtain fabric at the seam allowance of the curtain tape, and wrinkles caused by the sewing are smoothed out by ironing, and the hot melt adhesive is melted by the heat of the iron, and the smoothed out state of the wrinkles is fixed by the adhesive action of the molten adhesive.
The first aspect of the curtain according to the present invention is characterized in that the curtain tape according to any one of the first to fourth aspects is sewn to the curtain fabric at the seam portion of the curtain tape, wrinkles caused by the sewing are smoothed out by ironing, and the smoothed out state of the wrinkles is fixed by the adhesive action of the molten hot melt adhesive melted by the heat of the iron.
The second aspect of the curtain according to the present invention is characterized in that the curtain tape according to the fifth aspect is sewn to the curtain fabric at the seam allowance, wrinkles caused by the sewing are smoothed out by ironing, and the smoothed out state of the wrinkles is fixed by the adhesive action of the molten hot melt adhesive melted by the heat of the iron.
When the curtain tape and wrinkle-preventing method according to the present invention are used, wrinkles that occur when the curtain tape is sewn to a desired portion of the curtain fabric at the sewing location and the surrounding area can be smoothed out by ironing. Then, at the same time as smoothing out the wrinkles, the heat of the iron melts the hot melt adhesive, and the adhesive action of the molten adhesive effectively fixes the smoothed state. Thus, when the curtain tape according to the present invention is used, the process of smoothing out the wrinkles and the subsequent process of fixing the smoothed state can be easily performed by just the ironing process.
In particular, when the hot melt adhesive is applied only to the surface of the seam portion that contacts the curtain fabric, the fixed portion of the smoothed out wrinkles is less likely to impair the flexibility of the curtain.
And with this invention, it is possible to provide a curtain that maintains the wrinkles that occur at the sewing points and the surrounding areas caused by sewing curtain tape to the required parts of the curtain fabric in a smooth state.
In Figures 1 and 2, the curtain tape with wrinkle suppression function according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as curtain tape) 1 is
The following describes the configuration of the
[First aspect]
(Part 1)
1 and 2 show an example of the case where the
The
As shown in Figures 2(A) and 2(B), the curtain interlining 9 is overlapped in the extension direction (horizontal direction) on the
As a result, the
The
After the
(Part 2)
3 to 5 show another embodiment in which the
In this case, as in the case described above in (Part 1), the application width is set to a required width so that the required adhesive strength can be maintained even when the
The hot melt adhesive 7 is in a dry state at room temperature, so the
As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the

[Second aspect]
(Part 1)
Fig. 6 shows a
As shown in FIG. 6(B), the tubular tape with
As shown in Figs. 6 and 9, a protruding
This application width L is set to a required width so that the required adhesive strength can be maintained even when the pull-up
The hot melt adhesive 7 is in a dry state at room temperature, so the
When constructing the pull-up
After stitching 3d is applied in this manner, the stitching and surrounding areas of each tubular tape with

When constructing the pull-up
The
As shown in Figures 14-15, the

The present invention is by no means limited to the above examples, and it goes without saying that design modifications are possible within the scope of the claims. An example is as follows.
