Abstract
Description
- 50~100phrの、天然及び合成のポリイソプレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリイソプレン、及び
- 5~500phrの少なくとも1種のシリカ、及び
- 少なくとも1種の、一般実験式I)を有するシランB、
又は、
2個のR1が、2~10個の炭素原子を有する環状ジアルコキシ基を形成するか(この場合には、oは3未満である)、
又は、式I)の2個以上のシランが、R1基を介して橋架けされていてもよく、式I)において、それぞれの(R1)oSi-基の中で、少なくとも1個のR1が上述の選択肢から選択されるという条件下で、このR1が、i)酸素原子を介してケイ素原子に結合されているか、或いは、ii)ハライドであり;
R2基が、独立して、同じであっても異なっていてもよく、6~20個の炭素原子、好ましくは6~10個の炭素原子を有する、非分岐状のアルキレン基であり、nが、2~10の整数である。]。
a)老化安定剤たとえば、N-フェニル-N’-(1,3-ジメチルブチル)-p-フェニレンジアミン(6PPD)、N,N’-ジフェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン(DPPD)、N,N’-ジトリル-p-フェニレンジアミン(DTPD)、N-イソプロピル-N’-フェニル-p-フェニレンジアミン(IPPD)、2,2,4-トリメチル-1,2-ジヒドロキノリン(TMQ)、
b)活性剤、たとえば酸化亜鉛及び脂肪酸(たとえば、ステアリン酸)及び/又はその他の活性剤たとえば、亜鉛錯体たとえば、亜鉛エチルヘキサノエート、
c)ワックス、

Claims (15)
- 硫黄-架橋可能なゴム混合物であって、少なくとも以下の構成成分:
- 50~100phrの、天然及び合成のポリイソプレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のポリイソプレン、及び
- 5~500phrの少なくとも1種のシリカ、及び
- 少なくとも1種の、一般実験式I)を有するシランB、
又は、
2個のR1が、2~10個の炭素原子を有する環状ジアルコキシ基を形成するか(この場合には、oは3未満である)、
又は、式I)の2個以上のシランが、R1基を介して橋架けされていてもよく、
式I)において、それぞれの(R1)oSi-基の中で、少なくとも1個のR1が、上述の選択肢から選択されるという条件下で、このR1が、i)酸素原子を介してケイ素原子に結合されているか、或いは、ii)ハライドであり;
R2基が、独立して、同じであっても異なっていてもよく、6~20個の炭素原子、好ましくは6~10個の炭素原子を有する非分岐状のアルキレン基であり、
nが、2~10の整数である]、
を含む、混合物。 - R2が、両方の側で同じであり、-(CH2)8-基である、請求項1に記載のゴム混合物。
- それぞれの(R1)oSi-基において、少なくとも1個のR1が、1~10個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ基である、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物。
- 前記分子の両側にあるoが3である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物。
- 前記分子の両側及び(R1)oSi-基の内部で、全部のR1が同じであり、1~3個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ基である、請求項4に記載のゴム混合物。
- 前記分子の両側及び(R1)oSi-基の内部で、全部のR1が同じであり、エトキシ基である、請求項5に記載のゴム混合物。
- nが、2~8、好ましくは2~6の整数である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物。
- 0.1~30phfのシランBを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物。
- 強度メンバーを覆い込むように設計され、その目的のために、前記ゴム混合物を織物又は金属系の強度メンバーに結合させるための結合系を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種のゴム混合物を硫黄加硫させることによって得られる、加硫物。
- 車両用タイヤであって、少なくとも一つの構成要素の中に、少なくとも1種の、請求項12に記載の加硫物を含む、車両用タイヤ。
- 少なくともゴム被覆混合物として、特にはスチールコードゴム被覆及び/又はベルトのゴム被覆として、並びに/又は、サイドウォールの中、及び/又はトレッドの中、及び/又はまた別のタイヤの構成要素、たとえば、特にはベルトクッションの中に、請求項12に記載の少なくとも1種の加硫物を含む、請求項13に記載の車両用タイヤ。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のゴム混合物の使用であって、ゴム物品、特には、空気バネ、ベローズのセット、コンベヤベルト、ベルト、伝動ベルト、ホース、ゴムバンド、異形材、シール、膜、医療用途若しくはロボット用途のための触覚センサー、又は靴底若しくはその一部を製造するための使用。
