Abstract
Description
電圧が印加されていない初期モードの光経路制御部材に+40Vの正電圧を印加した後、+10Vの正電圧に電圧を減少させて光経路制御部材を公開モードに変換した後、1分間の光透過率の変化を測定した。

Claims (10)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板下に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、隔壁部及び収容部を含み、
前記収容部は、分散液及び前記分散液内に分散される光変換粒子を含み、
前記収容部は、電圧の印加の有無に応じて公開モード、プライバシーモードに駆動され、
前記公開モードは、初期正電圧を印加するステップ及び維持正電圧を印加するステップを含み、
前記プライバシーモードは、負電圧を印加するステップを含み、
前記初期正電圧を印加するステップ、前記維持正電圧を印加するステップ、及び前記負電圧を印加するステップは、順に進行され、
前記初期正電圧の大きさは、前記維持正電圧の大きさよりも大きい、光経路制御部材。 - 前記初期正電圧の印加時間によって達する光透過率は、前記維持正電圧を印加したときの最大光透過率と同一または異なる、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記第1初期正電圧の印加時間は、前記初期正電圧による光透過率が前記維持正電圧の最大光透過率に対して70%~130%の光透過率になるまでの時間である、請求項2に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記維持正電圧の大きさは、ターゲット透過率によって変化する、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記維持正電圧の大きさは、前記初期正電圧の大きさに対して5%~90%である、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記維持正電圧は、前記維持正電圧の最大光透過率が前記初期正電圧の最大光透過率の70%以上である光透過率を有する電圧大きさを有する、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記維持正電圧は、第1維持正電圧及び第2維持正電圧を含み、
前記第1維持正電圧の大きさは、前記初期正電圧の大きさよりも小さく、
前記第2維持正電圧の大きさは、前記第1維持正電圧の大きさよりも小さい、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記維持正電圧は、第1維持正電圧及び第2維持正電圧を含み、
前記第1維持正電圧の大きさは、前記初期正電圧の大きさよりも小さく、
前記第2維持正電圧の大きさは、前記第1維持正電圧の大きさよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記プライバシーモードは、前記負電圧を印加するステップの後に休止電圧を印加するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 表示パネル及びタッチパネルのうち少なくとも一つのパネルを含むパネルと、
前記パネル上または下に配置される請求項1~9のいずれか一項の光経路制御部材と、を含む、ディスプレイ装置。
