Claims (11)
- 炭素C:0.19~0.25重量%、シリコン(Si):0.1~0.6重量%、マンガン(Mn):0.8~1.6重量%、リン(P):0.03重量%以下、硫黄(S):0.015重量%以下、クロム(Cr):0.1~0.6重量%、ホウ素(B):0.001~0.005重量%、添加剤0.1重量%以下、及び残りの鉄(Fe)、並びにその他不可避な不純物を含むベース鋼板を含むホットスタンピング部品において、
ナノ押し込み試験時に観察される200nmないし600nmの押し込み深さに係わる押し込み変形率において、押し込み動的変形時効の個数は、26個から40個である、ホットスタンピング部品。 - 前記ベース鋼板は、複数のラス構造が分布されたマルテンサイト組織を含む、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記複数のラスの平均間隔は、140nmないし300nmである、請求項2に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記ベース鋼板内に分布された微細析出物をさらに具備し、
前記微細析出物は、チタン(Ti)、ニオブ(Nb)及びバナジウム(V)のうち少なくともいずれか1つの窒化物または炭化物を含む、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング部品。 - 単位面積(100μm2)当たりに分布された前記微細析出物の個数は、7,500個以上18,000個以下である、請求項4に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記微細析出物の平均直径は、0.0068μm以下である、請求項4に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記微細析出物において、0.01μm以下の直径を有する比率は、63%以上である、請求項4に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記微細析出物において、0.005μm以下の直径を有する比率は、28%以上である、請求項4に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記ホットスタンピング部品のVベンディング角度は、50°以上である、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記ホットスタンピング部品の引っ張り強度は1,350MPa以上である、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
- 前記ホットスタンピング部品の活性化水素量は、0.8wppm以下である、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング部品。
