Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 石油製品を形成するためのプロセスであって、
石油原料を含む供給流を超臨界水反応器に導入する工程と、
前記供給流と超臨界水を前記超臨界水反応器内で反応させる工程であって、それによって、超臨界水反応器の流出液を形成する工程と、
前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を軽流と重流に分離するため、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を分離器に導入する工程と、
前記軽流の少なくとも一部における芳香族化合物を濃縮するため、前記軽流の少なくとも一部を改質器に導入する工程であって、それによって、改質器の流出液を形成する工程と、
前記改質器の流出液と前記重流を混合する工程と、を含むプロセス。 - 前記軽流が水および石油相を含み、
前記プロセスが、前記軽流中の前記水と前記石油相を分離する工程をさらに含み、
前記軽流の少なくとも一部を前記改質器に導入する工程が、前記石油相を前記改質器に導入することを含む、請求項1記載のプロセス。 - 前記プロセスが、前記軽流の少なくとも一部を前記改質器に導入する前に、前記軽流中の硫黄の濃度を低下させるため、前記軽流を脱硫ユニットに導入する工程をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、前記超臨界水反応器に導入される前に加圧されるか、予熱されるか、または加圧および予熱される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が石油供給原料流および水流を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記供給流を前記超臨界水反応器に導入する前に、供給流を形成するため、前記石油供給原料流と前記水流とを混合器中で混合する工程をさらに含む、請求項5記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を前記分離器に導入する前に、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液の温度を低下させるため、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を冷却器に導入する工程をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を前記分離器に導入する前に、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液の圧力を低下させるため、前記超臨界水反応器の流出液を減圧ユニットに導入する工程をさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質器に導入された前記軽流の少なくとも一部が、10重量%ppm未満の含水量を有するか、0.7重量%ppm未満の硫黄濃度を有するか、またはその両方を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質器内の温度が、450℃を超えかつ550℃未満である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記改質器内の圧力が、0.3MPaを超えかつ4.0MPa未満である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記供給流が、330℃を超える常圧残油T5%を有するか、
前記供給流が、550℃を超えるT5%の真空残油を有するか、
前記供給流が、330℃を超えるT5%の真空ガス油(VGO)を有するか、または
前記供給流が、595℃未満であるT95%のVGOを有する、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記供給流が、2重量%を超えるアスファルテン含有量を有する、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記超臨界水反応器に導入される前記供給流の圧力が、20MPaを超える、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記超臨界水反応器内の温度が、350℃を超えかつ600℃未満である、請求項14記載のプロセス。
