Claims (14)
- 薬剤送達システム(10,30)であって、前記薬剤送達システム(10,30)は、
ハウジング(24)内に配置された薬剤容器(65)、前記ハウジング(24)の終端部を通りアクセス可能な用量送達出口(60)、および針シールドリムーバー(61)に連結され、無菌バリアとして機能する針シールド(62)を備える薬剤送達装置(20)と、
バッテリーモジュール(18)、起動部材(8,38)および通信モジュール(13,3b)を備える補助装置(1,3)と、
前記針シールドリムーバー(61)に連結された移動可能なキャップ(21,31)であって、キャップ(21,31)の移動が前記起動部材(8,38)に作用して、前記補助装置(1,3)を起動する、移動可能なキャップ(21,31)と、
を備え、
前記補助装置(1,3)は、前記キャップ(21,31)が前記針シールド(62)に対して移動したかどうかを判定するよう構成され、前記通信モジュール(13,3b)は、外部装置にデータを送信するよう構成され、前記データは、前記起動部材(8,38)の状態、および/または前記取り外し可能なキャップ(21,31)の移動に直接関連する情報を含む、薬剤送達システム(10,30)。 - 前記針シールドリムーバー(61)に連結された場合、前記キャップ(21,31)は、軸方向および/または円周方向に移動可能となるように構成され、前記キャップの初期移動シーケンスは、前記補助装置(1,3)を作動させるが、前記針シールドリムーバー(61)を移動させない、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記キャップ(21,31)が前記薬剤送達装置(20)から完全に取り外されない限り、前記用量送達出口(60)へのアクセスが防止され、前記用量送達出口(60)から針シールド(61)を取り外すために、前記キャップ(21,31)の初期移動シーケンスに続く前記キャップの継続した移動シーケンスが必要である、請求項1または2に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記バッテリーモジュール(18,2)または前記通信モジュール(13,3b)は、前記薬剤送達装置(20)の構成要素の少なくとも1つの動きを検出するよう構成された1または複数のセンサーを備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記システムは、任意の他のモジュールに接続可能なセンサーモジュールをさらに備え、前記センサーモジュールは、前記薬剤送達装置(20)の構成要素の少なくとも1つの動きを検出するよう構成された1または複数のセンサーを備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記起動部材(8,28)は、スイッチ(8)または絶縁パッド(38)の1つである、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記スイッチ(8)は、最初は、前記通信モジュール(13)がバッテリーから電力を受け入れることを防止される第1の状態(A)にあり、前記薬剤送達装置(20)の近位端に対して前記キャップユニット(21)が移動することにより、前記スイッチ(8)が、前記バッテリーが前記通信モジュール(13)に電力を供給する第2の状態(B)に変わる、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達システム(10)。
- 前記起動部材(8,28)は、前記補助装置(1,3)を一度だけ作動させるよう構成され、前記スイッチが第2の状態(B)にあること、または前記絶縁パッド(38)が取り外されていることが、前記薬剤送達装置(20)の前記無菌バリアが破られた可能性を示す、請求項6に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記通信モジュール(13)または前記バッテリーモジュール(18)または補助装置(3)が、前記薬剤送達装置(20)に関するデータ情報を取得し、保存するよう構成されたレコーダ(1d,3d)を備える、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記通信モジュール(13,3b)によるデータ伝送は、レコーダ(1d,3d)がバッテリー(2)から電力を受けとった場合に開始される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記モジュールが前記ハウジング(24)から取り外し可能であり、かつ再利用可能である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記システムは、任意の他のモジュールに接続可能な、または任意の他のモジュールの一部として含まれるロギングモジュールをさらに備え、前記ロギングモジュールが前記キャップユニット(21,31)が取り外された場合に前記薬剤送達装置の動きの追跡を開始するよう構成されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記システムが任意の他のモジュールに接続可能な、または任意の他のモジュールの一部として含まれるメモリモジュールをさらに備え、前記メモリモジュールは、データを保存するよう構成され、前記通信モジュールは、前記データを前記外部装置に無線で送信するよう構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
- 前記通信モジュールは、無線データ伝送のための手段と、前記起動部材(8,38)の状態および/または前記キャップ(21,31)の移動のための信号手段とを備える、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達システム(10,30)。
