Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部によって測定された前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧に関わる電圧情報を受信し、受信した電圧情報に基づいて前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧に対する分布度プロファイルを生成するプロファイル生成部と、
前記複数のバッテリーに対して予め設定された基準プロファイルに基づいて前記分布度プロファイルに対する参照電圧を設定し、前記測定された前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧と前記設定された参照電圧を比較して前記複数のバッテリーの各々の状態を診断する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記プロファイル生成部は、
前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧に対する正規分布を示す前記分布度プロファイルを生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記基準プロファイルは、
前記複数のバッテリーがBOL状態であるときに測定された各々の電圧に対する分布度を示すプロファイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記基準プロファイルに対して設定された基準電圧に対応するように前記分布度プロファイルに対する参照電圧を設定することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記基準プロファイルの全体電圧範囲で前記基準電圧から前記基準プロファイルの平均電圧までに対応する基準密度を前記分布度プロファイルに適用することで前記参照電圧を設定することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記分布度プロファイルの平均電圧を基準にして前記分布度プロファイルから前記基準密度に対応する電圧を算出し、算出された電圧を前記参照電圧に設定することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のバッテリーのうち測定された電圧が前記参照電圧未満であるバッテリーの状態を異常状態に診断することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のバッテリーのうち測定された電圧が前記参照電圧以上であるバッテリーの状態を正常状態に診断することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー状態診断装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧を測定する測定段階と、
前記測定段階で測定された前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧に対する分布度プロファイルを生成するプロファイル生成段階と、
前記複数のバッテリーに対して予め設定された基準プロファイルに基づいて前記分布度プロファイルに対する参照電圧を設定する参照電圧設定段階と、
前記測定された前記複数のバッテリーの各々の電圧と前記設定された参照電圧を比較して前記複数のバッテリーの各々の状態を診断する状態診断段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリー状態診断方法。
