本願は、ビーワイディーカンパニーリミテッドが2020年5月18日に提出した、発明の名称が「電池、電池パック及び自動車」の中国特許出願第「202010422008.2」号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (11)
- 金属ケースと、前記金属ケース内に封止された複数の電極体群とを含み、前記電極体群は、直列接続され、各電極体群は、封止膜と、少なくとも1つの電極体とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの電極体は、前記封止膜によって囲まれた収容キャビティ内に位置し、
直列接続された2つの前記電極体群の間に絶縁セパレータが設置され、前記絶縁セパレータに貫通孔が設置され、前記電極体群は、電流を引き出す第1の電極及び第2の電極を含み、直列接続された2つの前記電極体群のうちの一方の電極体群の第1の電極は、他方の電極体群の第2の電極に接続され、対応して接続された第1の電極と第2の電極との接続部位は、前記貫通孔内に収容され、
前記絶縁セパレータは、前記金属ケースの内面に面する外周面を含み、前記絶縁セパレータの外周面に金属部品が設置され、前記金属部品と前記金属ケースとは、接続されて前記絶縁セパレータと前記金属ケースを固定する、ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記絶縁セパレータの外周面に係止溝が設置され、前記金属部品は、係合部と、前記係合部に接続された接続部とを含み、前記係合部は、前記係止溝内に係着され、前記接続部は、前記絶縁セパレータの外周面に露出して前記金属ケースに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記金属部品は、溝構造であり、前記係止溝の形状は、前記溝構造の開口した形状に適合し、前記溝構造の側壁は、前記係合部として前記係止溝内に係止され、前記溝構造の底壁は、前記接続部として前記金属ケースに接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記係止溝と前記係合部は、締り嵌めにより互いに固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電池。
- 前記金属部品は、インサート成形により前記絶縁セパレータと一体成形され、前記金属部品は、アルミニウム材料で製造される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記金属部品と前記金属ケースは、溶接により固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池の長さは、第1の方向に沿って伸び、前記電極体群の長さは、前記第1の方向に沿って伸び、複数の前記電極体群は、前記第1の方向に沿って配列され、直列接続された2つの前記電極体群は、隣接する2つの電極体群であり、前記絶縁セパレータは、隣接する2つの電極体群の間に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記絶縁セパレータは、第1のインサート及び第2のインサートを含み、前記第1のインサートと第2のインサートは、それぞれ、対応して接続された第1の電極と第2の電極との接続部位の両側に位置して、共に前記接続部位を挟持し、前記第1のインサートと前記第2のインサートとの間の隙間は、前記貫通孔を構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1のインサートと前記第2のインサートは、それぞれ前記電極体群に接着固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池を複数含む、ことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項10に記載の電池パックを含む、ことを特徴とする自動車。
