Claims (11)
- それぞれ収容部及びシール部を備え、互いに積層された複数のパウチ型バッテリーセルと、
前記複数のパウチ型バッテリーセルを内部空間に収容するモジュールケースと、
隣り合うパウチ型バッテリーセルの収容部の間に介在し、少なくとも一方の側が前記隣り合うパウチ型バッテリーセルの収容部の間から前記隣り合うパウチ型バッテリーセルのシール部の間まで突出して延びるバリア部材と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バリア部材は、前記パウチ型バッテリーセルのシール部のうち、電極リードが位置するテラス部側に突出して延びる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のパウチ型バッテリーセルは、垂直方向に立てられた状態で水平方向に積層され、
前記バリア部材は、垂直方向に立てられたプレート状に構成されて前記隣り合うパウチ型バッテリーセルの間に介在している、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のパウチ型バッテリーセルの電極リードを互いに接続できるバスバーアセンブリをさらに含み、
前記バリア部材は、少なくとも一方の端部が前記バスバーアセンブリに接触する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バリア部材は、少なくとも一方の端部が前記バスバーアセンブリの内面に嵌入している、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バリア部材は、前記隣り合うパウチ型バッテリーセルのシール部の間に突出して延びた部分の少なくとも一部が曲がりくねった形状に構成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バリア部材は、前記バッテリーセルの収容部の間に介在した部分の厚さと、前記バッテリーセルのシール部の間に介在した部分の厚さとが互いに異なるように形成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バリア部材は、ガラス繊維強化プラスチック(GFRP:Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic)及び炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP:Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)のうちの少なくともどちらか一方の材料を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バリア部材の端部を包み込むシール部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
