Abstract
Description
Xは独立して、アルカリ金属、水素又はアンモニウムであるが、但し、少なくとも1つのXがアルカリ金属であることを条件とし、
R1は、直鎖若しくは分岐C3~C20アルキル基、又は直鎖若しくは分岐C3~C20アルケニル基であり、
aは1から3の整数であり、
R2は、直鎖C1~C10アルキレン基である)を有する、少なくとも1種の脂肪酸塩を含有する。
Xは独立して、アルカリ金属、水素又はアンモニウムであり、
R1は、直鎖若しくは分岐C3~C20アルキル又は直鎖若しくは分岐C3~C20アルケニル基であり、
aは1から3の整数であり、
R2は、直鎖C1~C10アルキレン基であり、
Mはアルカリ土類金属であり、
nは2以上の整数である)を有する1種以上の水不溶性ポリマーを含み、
1種以上の水不溶性ポリマーが、空隙領域内に位置する、後施工材を提供する。
[実施例1]
吸収テストは、硬化したポルトランドコンクリート筒体で行った。各筒体は、高さ約150mm及び直径約77mmであった。コンクリート筒体の見かけ(乾燥)密度は、およそ2.36g/ccであった。
実施例1と同様に、硬化したポルトランドコンクリート筒体で吸収テストを行った。各筒体は、高さ約153mm及び直径約77mmであった。コンクリート筒体の見かけの(乾燥)密度は、およそ2.30g/ccであった。

表面を有する後施工材を処理する方法であって:
表面に、それぞれ1個(1)から4個(4)の酸性基を有する脂肪酸塩のブレンドを含む第1の組成物を適用するステップ、
第1の組成物の第1の部を、表面を通して移動させ、第1の組成物の第2の部が、表面に留まるステップ、
第1の組成物の第2の部の少なくとも一部を、表面から除去するステップ、
表面に、アルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩又はそれらの組合せを含む第2の組成物を適用するステップ、及び
第2の組成物の少なくとも一部を、表面を通して移動させ、表面の真下で脂肪酸塩と反応させて、1種以上の水不溶性ポリマーを形成するステップを含む、方法。
(付記2)
第1の組成物の第2の部の少なくとも一部を、表面から除去するステップ中又はその後で、後施工材を乾燥させるステップをさらに含み、乾燥させるステップを、30℃.から130℃.の温度にて実行する、付記1に記載の方法。
(付記3)
1種以上の水不溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1種が、以下の式(II)又は式(III):
Xは独立して、アルカリ金属、水素又はアンモニウムであり、

第1の組成物が、噴霧、ローリング、霧吹き、浸漬、注入、散布、挿入、加圧処理又はそれらの組合せにより表面に適用される、付記1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。

第1の組成物が、減粘剤及び/又は消泡剤をさらに含む、付記1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。

脂肪酸塩のブレンドが、式Iの1つ超の脂肪酸塩を含み、式Iの塩が、C 10 からC 16 のR 1 の加重平均を有する、付記8に記載の方法。
(付記10)
第1の組成物が、後施工材の表面の真下の空隙領域に移動する、付記1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
(付記11)
後施工材が、コンクリート、鉄筋コンクリート、モルタル、スタッコ、木材及びそれらの組合せを含む、付記1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
(付記12)
除去するステップが、少なくとも50%の第1の組成物の第2の部を表面から除去するステップを含む、付記1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
(付記13)
第2の組成物が、第2の組成物の合計重量に対して、1から30wt.%のアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物又はアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を含む、付記1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。

Claims (22)
- 表面を有する後施工材を処理する方法であって:
表面に、それぞれ1個(1)から4個(4)の酸性基を有する脂肪酸塩のブレンドを含む第1の組成物を適用するステップ、
第1の組成物の第1の部を、表面を通して移動させ、第1の組成物の第2の部が、表面に留まるステップ、
第1の組成物の第2の部の少なくとも一部を、表面から除去するステップ、
表面に、アルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩又はそれらの組合せを含む第2の組成物を適用するステップ、及び
第2の組成物の少なくとも一部を、表面を通して移動させ、表面の真下で脂肪酸塩と反応させて、1種以上の水不溶性ポリマーを形成するステップを含む、方法。 - 第1の組成物の第2の部の少なくとも一部を、表面から除去するステップ中又はその後で、後施工材を乾燥させるステップをさらに含み、乾燥させるステップを、30℃.から130℃.の温度にて実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の組成物が、第1の組成物の合計重量に対して5から40wt.%の脂肪酸塩のブレンドを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の組成物が水性組成物である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の組成物が、噴霧、ローリング、霧吹き、浸漬、注入、散布、挿入、加圧処理又はそれらの組合せにより表面に適用される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 脂肪酸塩のブレンドが、式Iの1つ超の脂肪酸塩を含み、式Iの塩が、C10からC16のR1の加重平均を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の組成物が、後施工材の表面の真下の空隙領域に移動する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 後施工材が、コンクリート、鉄筋コンクリート、モルタル、スタッコ、木材及びそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 除去するステップが、少なくとも50%の第1の組成物の第2の部を表面から除去するステップを含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2の組成物が、第2の組成物の合計重量に対して、1から30wt.%のアルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物又はアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2の組成物が、塩化マグネシウム、臭化マグネシウム、ヨウ化マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、重炭酸マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、臭化カルシウム、ヨウ化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、重炭酸カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、臭化ストロンチウム、ヨウ化ストロンチウム、炭酸ストロンチウム、重炭酸ストロンチウム又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
