Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 重炭化水素またはアンモニアである液化ガスを処理するシステムであって、
液化ガスを船舶の推進エンジンに供給する燃料として貯蔵する燃料タンクと、
上記燃料タンクの液化ガスを上記推進エンジンに液相で供給し、高圧ポンプが設けられる液化ガス供給ラインと、
液化ガスを貯蔵するカーゴタンクで発生した蒸発ガスを液化させる再液化装置と、
上記推進エンジンから排出される液相の液化ガスを上記高圧ポンプの上流に回収する液化ガス回収ラインと、を含み、
上記再液化装置は、
液化された蒸発ガスを上記燃料タンクに伝達して上記高圧ポンプによって上記推進エンジンに供給されるようにすることを特徴とするガス処理システム。 - 上記液化ガス回収ラインは、
上記推進エンジンから排出され潤滑油が混ざった余剰分の液相の液化ガスを減圧する減圧弁が設けられ、上記推進エンジンの内部を経て上記推進エンジンで使用される潤滑油が混入した余剰分の液相の液化ガスを上記高圧ポンプの上流の上記液化ガス供給ラインに伝達して上記推進エンジンに再流入されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記液化ガス回収ラインは、
上記減圧弁によって減圧された液化ガスを冷却して上記高圧ポンプに液相で流入されるようにするクーラーが設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記カーゴタンクから排出される蒸発ガスを多段圧縮する圧縮機と、
圧縮された蒸発ガスを冷媒で冷却して液化させる凝縮器と、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスの一部と残りを相互熱交換させ、熱交換によって発生した蒸発ガスを上記圧縮機に伝達するインタークーラーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスを気液分離する気液分離器をさらに含み、
上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記インタークーラーを経由して上記カーゴタンクに伝達する再液化モード及び上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記燃料タンクに伝達して上記推進エンジンに供給されるようにする燃料供給モードのうち少なくとも何れか1つで作動することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記カーゴタンクから排出される蒸発ガスを多段圧縮する圧縮機と、
圧縮された蒸発ガスを冷却して液化させる凝縮器と、
上記カーゴタンクから上記圧縮機に伝達される蒸発ガスと、上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスとを熱交換させる蒸発ガス熱交換器と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスを気液分離する気液分離器をさらに含み、
上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記蒸発ガス熱交換器を経由して上記カーゴタンクに伝達する再液化モード及び上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記燃料タンクに伝達して上記推進エンジンに供給されるようにする燃料供給モードのうち少なくとも何れか1つで作動することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス処理システム。 - 重炭化水素またはアンモニアである液化ガスを処理するシステムであって、
カーゴタンクに貯蔵された液化ガスを上記推進エンジンに液相で供給し、高圧ポンプが設けられる液化ガス供給ラインと、
上記カーゴタンクで発生した蒸発ガスを液化して上記高圧ポンプに伝達されるようにする再液化装置と、
上記推進エンジンから排出される液相の液化ガスを上記高圧ポンプの上流に回収する液化ガス回収ラインと、を含み、
上記再液化装置は、
蒸発ガスを冷媒で冷却して液化させる凝縮器と、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスを一時的に貯蔵するバッファと、を含み、
上記冷媒の温度に応じて上記バッファから上記高圧ポンプに伝達される蒸発ガスの圧力変動に備えて、少なくとも一部の蒸発ガスが上記凝縮器を迂回して上記バッファに供給されるようにするバイパスラインを有することを特徴とするガス処理システム。 - 上記液化ガス回収ラインは、
上記推進エンジンから排出され潤滑油が混ざった余剰分の液相の液化ガスを減圧する減圧弁が設けられ、上記推進エンジンの内部を経て上記推進エンジンで使用される潤滑油が混入した余剰分の液相の液化ガスを上記高圧ポンプの上流の上記液化ガス供給ラインに伝達して上記推進エンジンに再流入されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載ガス処理システム。 - 上記液化ガス回収ラインは、
上記減圧弁によって減圧された液化ガスを冷却して上記高圧ポンプに液相で流入されるようにするクーラーが設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記バッファは、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスを気液分離する気液分離器であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
液化された蒸発ガスを上記カーゴタンクと上記高圧ポンプの間の上記液化ガス供給ラインに伝達することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記カーゴタンクから排出される蒸発ガスを多段圧縮する圧縮機と、
上記凝縮器で液化された蒸発ガスの一部と残りを相互熱交換させ、熱交換によって発生した蒸発ガスを上記圧縮機に伝達するインタークーラーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のガス処理システム。 - 上記再液化装置は、
上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記インタークーラーを経由して上記カーゴタンクに伝達する再液化モード及び上記気液分離器で分離された液相を上記高圧ポンプの上流の上記液化ガス供給ラインに伝達して上記推進エンジンに供給されるように燃料供給モードの少なくとも何れか1つで作動することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のガス処理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項14の何れか1項に記載の上記ガス処理システムを有する液化ガス運搬船であることを特徴とする船舶。
