前記第2の基板は、前記第1の基板と対向して設けられ、前記第2の基板と前記第1の基板との間に隙間があり、液体を収容する空間を形成する、

前記マイクロキャビティ画定層の上にケイ素酸化物層又は酸窒化ケイ素層を形成するステップと、
アルカリ溶液を使用して、前記マイクロ反応室の側壁及び底部を覆う前記ケイ素酸化物層、又は前記酸窒化ケイ素層に対して、浸漬処理を行って、表面改質を行うことにより、前記親水層を形成するステップと、
をさらに含む、
請求項16に記載の製造方法。 - 前記アルカリ溶液は、水酸化カリウム溶液である、
請求項17に記載の製造方法。 - 前記水酸化カリウム溶液の質量パーセント濃度は、0.4%である、
