Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年12月20日に出願された米国出願第16/723,352号の継続出願である。上記出願の教示全体が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
装置で使用されるのと類似の様式で、撮像および療法のためのゲート信号として使用されうる。この場合の付加的利益は、ゲート装置が、撮像アーチファクトまたは療法干渉を誘導することなく、撮像または療法の視野内にありうることである。
Claims (24)
- 画像取得中の身体変形を補正する方法であって、
身体の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記身体上に配置された複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)からピーク波長データを取得するステップであって、前記FBGがデカルト座標系に沿って整列しているステップと、
画像取得中の身体変形によって引き起こされる前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の有効シフトを検出するステップと、
前記デカルト座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、画像スキャン中の身体変形を補正するために、画像再構成中に前記取得された画像データを修正するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記画像データが、コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)スキャン、磁気共鳴画像(MRI)スキャン、陽電子放射断層撮影(PET)スキャン、または単一光子放出型コンピュータ断層撮影(SPECT)スキャンから取得される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 画像スキャン中の身体変形のリアルタイム検出のための衣服であって、
圧縮材料で作製され、かつ複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)を有する前部であって、前記前部が身体上に配置され、前記FBGが所定の座標系に沿って整列している前部と、
各光エミッタが対応するFBGを通して光波のパルスを発するように構成されている、複数の光エミッタと、
各光センサーが対応するFBGに取り付けられ、パルス光波を受信するように構成された複数の光センサーと、
プロセッサであって、
前記FBGによって反射されたピーク波長を前記光センサーから受信するように構成されたデータ取得モジュールと、
前記FBG上の軸ひずみによりブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトを決定するように構成されたコンパレータと、
前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、スキャン装置の空洞を通過する前記身体の動きを制御し、身体変形中の前記画像データの取得を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を含むプロセッサと、を備える衣服。 - 前記所定の座標系がデカルト座標系である、請求項3に記載の衣服。
- 前記FBGが前記デカルト座標系に沿って整列し、二軸に沿ってひずみを測定する、請求項4に記載の衣服。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記所定の座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、画像スキャン中の身体変形を補正するために、取得された画像データを修正するように構成された修正モジュールをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の衣服。
- 前記プロセッサが、コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)スキャン、磁気共鳴画像(MRI)スキャン、陽電子放射断層撮影(PET)スキャン、または単一光子放出型コンピュータ断層撮影(SPECT)スキャンから画像データを取得するように構成された画像取得モジュールをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の衣服。
- 前記衣服がベルトである、請求項3に記載の衣服。
- 前記衣服がシャツである、請求項3に記載の衣服。
- 画像取得中の身体変形を補正する方法であって、
スキャン装置の空洞を通過して身体を移動させるステップと、
身体の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記身体上に配置された複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)からピーク波長データを取得するステップと、
画像取得中の身体変形によって引き起こされる前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の有効シフトを検出するステップと、
経時的に測定された前記ブラッグ波長の有効シフトに基づいて、呼吸ゲート信号を生成するステップと、
前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、前記身体が動かないように、かつ身体変形中に画像データが取得されないように、前記呼吸ゲート信号に基づいて、前記スキャン装置の前記空洞を通過して前記身体の動きを制御するステップと、を含む方法。 - 外部ビーム治療中の身体変形を補正する方法であって、
外部ビーム治療のための身体の標的領域を識別するステップと、
身体上に配置された複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)からピーク波長データを取得するステップであって、前記FBGがデカルト座標系に沿って整列しているステップと、
外部ビーム治療を前記標的領域に配向するステップと、
治療中の身体変形によって引き起こされる前記FBGのブラッグ波長の有効シフトを検出するステップと、
前記標的領域に焦点を維持するために、前記デカルト座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、画像スキャン中の身体変形を補正するために、前記外部ビーム治療を再配向するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記外部ビーム治療が、外部ビーム放射線療法または陽子線治療である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 外部ビーム治療中の身体変形のリアルタイム検出のための衣服であって、
圧縮材料で作製され、かつ複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)を有する前部であって、前記前部が身体の上に配置され、前記FBGが所定の座標系に沿って整列している前部と、
各光エミッタが対応するFBGを通して光波のパルスを発するように構成されている、複数の光エミッタと、
各光センサーが対応するFBGに取り付けられ、パルス光波を受信するように構成された複数の光センサーと、
プロセッサであって、
前記FBGによって反射されたピーク波長を前記光センサーから受信するように構成されたデータ取得モジュールと、
前記FBG上の軸ひずみによりブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトを決定するように構成されたコンパレータと、
前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、スキャン装置の空洞を通過して前記身体の動きを制御し、前記身体変形中の外部ビーム治療を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を含むプロセッサと、を備える衣服。 - 前記所定の座標系がデカルト座標系である、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記FBGが、前記デカルト座標系に沿って整列して、二重軸に沿ってひずみを測定し、前記FBGが、前記デカルト座標系に沿って整列して、二重軸に沿ってひずみを測定する、請求項14に記載の衣服。
- 前記外部ビーム治療が、外部光子ビーム放射線療法または陽子線治療である、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記プロセッサが、コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)スキャン、磁気共鳴画像(MRI)スキャン、陽電子放射断層撮影(PET)スキャン、または単一光子放出型コンピュータ断層撮影(SPECT)スキャンから画像データを取得するように構成された画像取得モジュールをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記衣服がベルトである、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記衣服がシャツである、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 前記プロセッサが、前記標的領域に焦点を維持するために、前記所定の座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、治療処置中の身体変形を補正するために、外部ビーム治療を再配向するように構成された修正モジュールをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の衣服。
- 画像スキャン中の身体変形のリアルタイム検出のための衣服であって、
圧縮材料で作製され、かつ複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)を有する前部であって、前記前部が身体上に配置され、前記FBGが所定の座標系に沿って整列している前部と、
一連のFBGの第一の端を通して光波をパルスするように構成された光エミッタと、
FBGに取り付けられ、前記一連のFBGを通してパルス光波を受信するように構成された光センサーと、
プロセッサであって、
前記FBGによって反射されたピーク波長を前記光センサーから受信するように構成された、データ取得モジュールと、
前記FBG上の軸ひずみによりブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトを決定するように構成されたコンパレータと、
前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、スキャン装置の空洞を通過する前記身体の動きを制御し、身体変形中の前記画像データの取得を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を含むプロセッサと、を備える衣服。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記所定の座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、画像スキャン中の身体変形を補正するために、取得された画像データを修正するように構成された修正モジュールをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の衣服。
- 外部ビーム治療中の身体変形のリアルタイム検出のための衣服であって、
圧縮材料で作製され、かつ単一モード光ファイバー中に配置された複数のファイバーブラッググレーティング(FBG)を有する前部であって、前記前部が身体の上に配置され、前記FBGが所定の座標系に沿って整列している前部と、
前記単一モード光ファイバーの第一の端を通して光波をパルスするように構成された光エミッタと、
FBGに取り付けられ、前記単一モード光ファイバー中の前記一連のFBGを通してパルス光波を受信するように構成された光センサーと、
プロセッサであって、
前記FBGによって反射されたピーク波長を前記光センサーから受信するように構成されたデータ取得モジュールと、
前記FBG上の軸ひずみによりブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトを決定するように構成されたコンパレータと、
前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、スキャン装置の空洞を通過して前記身体の動きを制御し、前記身体変形中の外部ビーム治療を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、を含むプロセッサと、を備える衣服。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記標的領域に焦点を維持するために、前記所定の座標系に沿って整列した前記FBGの前記ブラッグ波長の前記有効シフトに基づいて、画像スキャン中の身体変形を補正するために、外部ビーム治療を再配向するように構成された修正モジュールをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の衣服。
