式中、元素含有率を熱間圧延鋼板の重量百分率で表す。
表2は、表1の鋼に実施された方法のパラメータをまとめたものである。
表3は、本発明の鋼と参照鋼の両方の微細組織を決定するための走査型電子顕微鏡又はX線回折のような異なる顕微鏡に関する標準に従って行われた試験の結果を例示する。
表4は、本発明の鋼及び参照鋼の両方の機械的特性を例示する。引張強さ、降伏強度及び全伸びを決定するために、A25を有する引張試料を用いてNBN EN ISO6892-1規格に従って引張試験を実施する。靭性はISO148-1に従って実施したシャルピー試験により試験する。これらの規格に従って実施した各種機械的試験の結果をまとめる。
Claims (18)
- 熱間圧延鋼板であって、重量パーセントで表される、以下の元素
0.18%≦炭素≦0.3%
1.8%≦マンガン≦4.5%
0.8%≦ケイ素≦2%
0.001%≦アルミニウム≦0.2%
0.1%≦モリブデン≦1%
0.001%≦チタン≦0.2%
0%≦リン≦0.09%
0%≦硫黄≦0.09%
0%≦窒素≦0.09%
を含み、以下の任意元素
0.0001%≦ホウ素≦0.01%
0%≦クロム≦0.5%
0%≦ニオブ≦0.1%
0%≦バナジウム≦0.5%
0%≦ニッケル≦1%
0%≦銅≦1%
0%≦カルシウム≦0.005%
0%≦マグネシウム≦0.0010%
の1種以上を含むことができ、残余の組成は鉄及び加工によって生じる不可避の不純物からなる組成を有し、該鋼板の微細組織は面積分率で、少なくとも70%のマルテンサイト、8%~25%の残留オーステナイトを含み、残留オーステナイトの形状係数は4~12の間である、熱間圧延鋼板。 - 組成が、0.9%~1.9%のケイ素を含む、請求項1に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、0.19%~0.28%の炭素を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、0.001%~0.15%のチタンを含む、請求項3に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、1.9%~4.2%のマンガンを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、0.15%~0.7%のモリブデンを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、0.02~0.06%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 炭素及びマンガンの累積存在量が、2.3%~4.5%の間である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 残留オーステナイトの量が8%~22%の間である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 前記鋼板が、850MPa以上の降伏強度、及び15%以上の全伸びを有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 前記鋼板が880MPa以上の降伏強度を有する、請求項10に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 焼戻しマルテンサイト及び残留オーステナイトの形状係数が、5~11の間である、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼板。
- 熱間圧延鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の連続した工程
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成物を提供する工程、
- 半完成品をAc3+50℃~1300℃の間の温度まで再加熱する工程、
- 該半完成品を熱間圧延仕上げ温度が少なくともAc3であるオーステナイト範囲で圧延し、熱間圧延鋼ストリップを得る工程、
- 熱間圧延鋼ストリップを、任意に200℃~450℃の間の巻取り温度範囲で巻き取る工程、
- 次いで、10℃/秒~200℃/秒の冷却速度で、該熱間圧延ストリップを熱間圧延仕上げ温度からMs~20℃の間の温度範囲まで冷却する工程、
- 次いで、少なくとも1℃/秒の加熱速度HR1で、該熱間圧延ストリップをMs-50~20℃の間の温度範囲からAc3~Ac3+250℃の間の温度Tsoakまで加熱し、5~1000秒間保持する工程、
- 0.1℃/秒~150℃/秒の間の冷却速度CR1で、該熱間圧延ストリップを冷却し、冷却はTsoakから開始し、Ms-10℃~50℃の間の冷却停止温度T1までである工程、
- 次いで、熱間圧延ストリップをT1からMs-150℃~Ms+150℃の間の分配温度Tpartitionにし、熱間圧延鋼ストリップを5秒~1000秒の間保持する工程、
- その後、0.1℃/秒~10℃/秒の間の冷却速度CR2で、熱間圧延鋼ストリップを室温まで冷却して、熱間圧延鋼板を得る工程
を含む、方法。 - 熱間圧延仕上げ温度が840℃~980℃の間である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 熱間圧延後の冷却のための冷却速度が20℃/秒~180℃/秒の間である、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- Tpartition温度がMs+100℃~Ms-100℃の間である、請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工業用機械の部品又は環境に優しい商品若しくは耐久消費財の製造のための請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板又は請求項13~16に記載の方法により製造された鋼板の使用。
- 請求項17により得られた部品を含む工業用機械。
