Claims (9)
- 液圧式の非人力車両ブレーキ設備のハイドロリックユニットのためのハイドロリックブロックであって、前記ハイドロリックブロック(2)は、非人力ピストン(5)が軸方向へスライド可能に収容された、ピストンシール材(9,10)により封止される非人力シリンダボア(4)を有し、前記非人力シリンダボア(4)は前記ピストンシール材(9,10)の圧力側に、前記非人力ピストン(5)を径方向で案内する案内区域(6)を有する、ハイドロリックブロックにおいて、前記ハイドロリックブロック(2)は、前記非人力ピストン(5)の圧力側で前記ピストンシール材(9)まで前記案内区域(6)を貫くブレーキ液通路(11)を前記非人力シリンダボア(4)の円周面に有する、ハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記非人力ピストン(5)は引き戻された基本位置にあるとき前記ピストンシール材(9)に密封式に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記非人力シリンダボア(4)は、前記非人力ピストン(5)が引き込まれた基本位置にあるとき前記非人力ピストン(5)の圧力側にブレーキ液パイプ(15)が連通する周回する溝(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記ピストンシール材(9,10)は、弾性的な素材のみからなる、および/または特に軸方向への圧力負荷に対する独自の軸方向の支持部を有さない、シールリングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記非人力シリンダボア(4)は2つのピストンシール材(9,10)を有し、前記案内区域(6)は両方の前記ピストンシール材(9,10)の間にも延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記非人力ピストン(5)のための前記非人力シリンダボア(4)の前記案内区域(6)は前記非人力ピストン(5)の圧力側で前記非人力シリンダボア(4)の長さの一部にわたってのみ延びており、および/または圧力側から遠い前記ピストンシール材(10)の圧力側と反対を向く側には延びていないことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記非人力シリンダボア(4)は前記ハイドロリックブロック(2)にある逆止め弁または差圧弁(28)および制御可能な吸込弁(27)によってマスタブレーキシリンダボア(24)および/またはブレーキ液貯蔵容器に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記逆止め弁または前記差圧弁(28)は制御可能な分離弁(26)に組み込まれ、該分離弁によってホイールブレーキが前記非人力シリンダボア(4)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
- 前記ハイドロリックブロック(2)は前記非人力シリンダボアの中で前記非人力ピストン(5)をスライドさせるための非人力駆動装置(22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のハイドロリックブロック。
