Claims (7)
- a)ヒアルロン酸を含む成長培地で細胞を沈降させて培養するステップと、
b)ポリエチレングリコールを含む成長培地を追加するステップとを含む、細胞シートの製造方法。 - 前記細胞は、表皮細胞、線維芽細胞、肝細胞、中胚葉性幹細胞及び軟骨細胞からなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の細胞シートの製造方法。
- 前記細胞シートは板(plate)状である、請求項1に記載の細胞シートの製造方法。
- 前記細胞シートは、細胞の凝集が抑制されたものである、請求項1に記載の細胞シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造された、細胞シート。
- 請求項5に記載の細胞シートを含む、組織修復用移植材。
- 前記組織は、軟骨、骨、角膜、結膜、脂肪組織、皮膚、筋肉、筋膜、腱、腱膜、靭帯、関節包、粘液嚢及び上皮組織からなる群から選択される1つ以上である、請求項6に記載の組織修復用移植材。
