Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の尿素溶液(U1)を蒸発部(EV)の第1の真空蒸発器(EV1)で濃縮して、尿素溶融物(UM)及び第1の蒸気(V1)を得ることと、前記第1の蒸気(V1)を第1の凝縮器(C1)で凝縮することと、を含み、前記第1の凝縮部(C1)が、水以外の冷却流体(CM)を用いた冷却凝縮部である、尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記蒸発部(EV)が、前記第1の真空蒸発器(EV1)の上流に配置された第2の真空蒸発器(EV2)を更に備え、前記第2の真空蒸発器(EV2)から前記第1の真空蒸発器(EV1)に尿素溶液が供給されるようになっている、請求項1記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記第1の凝縮部(C1)が、前記第1の真空蒸発器(EV1)と同じ圧力で動作する、請求項1又は2に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記第1の蒸気が、前記第1の真空蒸発器(EV1)の出口における蒸気の含水量と同じである、前記第1の凝縮部(C1)の入口における含水量を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 尿素溶液を提供することを更に含み、好ましくは、
A)NH3及びCO2を尿素形成条件下で反応させ、尿素、水、アンモニア、及びカルバミン酸アンモニウムを含む尿素合成溶液を得ることと、
B)前記尿素合成溶液からアンモニア及びカルバミン酸アンモニウムを除去して、前記尿素溶液を得ることと、による、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の尿素製造プロセス。 - 前記冷却流体が、NH3又はハロゲン化炭化水素を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 上流の前記第2の真空蒸発器(EV2)が、第2の凝縮器(C2)に接続された蒸気用の出口を有し、前記第1の凝縮部(C1)が、前記第2の凝縮器(C2)よりも前記凝縮物出口において低い温度で動作する、請求項2に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 下流の前記第1の蒸発器が、10kPa未満の絶対圧力で動作し、上流の前記第2の蒸発器が、10kPa~30kPaの絶対圧力で動作して、含水量が1.0重量%未満の尿素溶融物を得て、前記尿素溶融物を仕上げ部で固化させて固体尿素を形成することを更に含む、請求項2に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記仕上げ部が、プリル塔である、請求項8に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記プリル塔からのオフガスを、酸浄化を使用するスクラバーにおいて浄化することと、アンモニウム塩を含む利用されたスクラブ液を、前記第1の蒸発器又は前記第1の蒸発器の供給ラインに、前記第2の蒸発器の下流及び前記第1の蒸発器の上流又は前記第1の蒸発器内で加えることと、前記第1の凝縮部からの第1の凝縮物を前記スクラバーに供給することと、前記第2の凝縮器からの第2の凝縮物を廃水処理部に供給することと、を更に含む、請求項8又は9に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記第1の凝縮部(C1)が、第1の区画(HX1)、第2の区画(HX2)及び第3の区画(HX3)を備え、第1及び第2の区画が第1の壁(w1)を介して熱交換接触し、前記第2及び第3の区画が第2の壁(w2)を介して熱交換接触し、前記第1の区画が、前記第1の蒸気(V1)用の入口及び前記第1の凝縮物(PC1)用の出口を有し、前記第3の区画が、冷却流体(CM)用の入口及び冷却流体用の出口を有し、前記第2の区画が、冷却水を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 前記第1の凝縮部(C1)が、互いに空間的に分離された第1の熱交換器及び第2の熱交換器を備え、前記第1の熱交換器が、前記第1の区画と、前記第2の区画の第1の部分と、を備え、前記第2の熱交換器が、前記第2の区画の第2の部分と、前記第3の区画と、を備える、請求項11に記載の尿素製造プロセス。
- 第1の蒸発器を備える蒸発部及び第1の凝縮部を備え、前記第1の蒸発器が、尿素溶液用の入口と、尿素溶融物用の出口と、前記第1の凝縮部に接続された蒸気用の出口と、を有し、前記第1の凝縮部が、冷却凝縮部である、尿素製造プラント。
- 冷却器を更に含み、前記第1の凝縮部が、凝縮される前記蒸気を受け入れるために構成された第1の側と、前記冷却器の出口に接続された冷却流体入口、及び前記冷却器の入口に接続された冷却流体出口を有する第2の側と、を有する熱交換器である、請求項13に記載の尿素製造プラント。
- 前記冷却器が、前記第1の凝縮部の前記冷却流体出口に接続された圧縮機と、前記圧縮機の出口に接続された凝縮器と、前記凝縮器に接続された入口、及び前記第1の凝縮部の前記冷却流体入口に接続された出口を有する膨張弁と、を備える、請求項14に記載の尿素製造プラント。
