Claims (10)
- 粘度の点で変化しうる出発物質(20)のための供給部(11)と、前記出発物質(20)の液相(22)の流動方向に先細りになっている、出口(15)を通じて前記液相(22)を放出するためのノズル(14)とを備える3Dプリンタ(1)用プリントヘッド(10)において、前記液相(22)の少なくとも一部の圧力を基本圧力へ高めるために少なくとも1つの圧力発生器(12)が設けられ、前記液相(22)の少なくとも一部の圧力を前記基本圧力程度に調整するために、前記圧力発生器(12)と前記ノズル(14)との間に接続される少なくとも1つの圧力モジュレータ(13)が設けられているプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力モジュレータ(13)が、たかだか1cm3の体積を持つ前記液相(22)の部分体積、および/または、前記圧力調整の導入部と前記出口(15)との間でたかだか5cmの区間を占めている前記液相(22)の部分体積に作用する、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力モジュレータが筒状のニードル(13b)を含み、前記筒状のニードルが、前記ノズル(14)へ通じているモジュレータ通路(13a)内で可動に支持され、且つ前記ノズル(14)のほうへ先細りになっている先端(13c)を有している、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記先端(13c)が、少なくとも部分的に前記ノズル(14)内へ挿入可能であるようなサイズを有している、請求項3に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記先端(13c)が、前記出口(15)を少なくとも部分的に通過できるようなサイズを有している、請求項4に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力発生器(12)が、前記液相(22)で充填可能な主通路(12a)内で可動に支持されている筒状のピストン(12b)を含んでいる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記先端(13c)の領域の外側での前記ニードル(13b)の直径の、前記ピストン(12b)の直径に対する比率が、1:3またはそれよりも小さく、有利には1:4またはそれよりも小さい、請求項3と6およびオプションで請求項4~5のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力発生器(12)と前記圧力モジュレータ(13)とが、形成すべきオブジェクト(3)のための前記3Dプリンタ(1)の加熱可能な造形室(16)の内側で前記液相(22)に作用し、且つ前記造形室(16)の外側に配置されている少なくとも1つの駆動源(12*,13*)に機械的に連結されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力発生器(12)が前記出発物質(20)の圧力を高めることができる領域の少なくとも一部が、前記出発物質(20)の液相(22)を生じさせるための加熱部(17)を有し、前記圧力モジュレータ(13)のための前記駆動源(13*)が、前記加熱部(17)から熱絶縁されている(18)、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
- 前記圧力モジュレータ(13)は、前記出口(15)からの前記液相(22)の流出が阻止される程度に前記出口(15)での前記液相(22)の圧力を減少させるために形成されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプリントヘッド(10)。
