流体を、隆起部分と直接接触している膜に通すことと
を含む方法。
Claims (17)
- フィルタであって、
内面及び外面を有するハウジングと、
ハウジング内に配置されている膜と、
ハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチが約50mm以下の螺旋パターンでハウジングの内面に形成された流体チャネルであって、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成された流体チャネルと
を含む、フィルタ。 - 螺旋パターンが、約45度以下の螺旋角度を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- ハウジング内に配置されたコアをさらに含み、膜がコアとハウジングとの間に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1エンドキャップをさらに含み、第1エンドキャップが、流体の入口として機能する第1開口部と、流体の出口として機能する第2開口部とを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- 第1エンドキャップが、通気口として機能する第3開口部をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のフィルタ。
- 流体用の入口が、流体を流体チャネル中に方向付ける、請求項4又は5に記載のフィルタ。
- 入口から流体を受け入れるように構成されているチューブと、流体を流体チャネルに提供するように構成されているポートとを含み、チューブ及びポートが、流体が流体チャネルの底部で流体チャネルに導入されるように構成されている、請求項4から6のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- ハウジングの外面が、概して円筒形の形状を有し、チューブが、ハウジングの概して円筒形の外面から外側に伸長している突起内に配置されている、請求項7に記載のフィルタ。
- 出口が、流体チャネル内の流体がフィルタから出られるように構成されている、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- 入口及び出口の各々が異なる高さを有する、請求項4から9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- 膜が内面の隆起部分と直接接触している、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- 膜と内面の隆起部分との間にケージが配置されていない、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- フィルタハウジングであって、
内面と、
外面と、
流体チャネルであって、ハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチが約60mm以下の螺旋パターンでフィルタハウジングの内面に形成され、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成されている流体チャネルと
を含む、フィルタハウジング。 - 螺旋パターンが、約45度以下の螺旋角度を有する、請求項13に記載のハウジング。
- 第1エンドキャップに接続されるように構成されている第1の端部と、第2エンドキャップに接続されるように構成されている第2の端部とを含み、第1エンドキャップが、流体の入口として機能する第1開口部と、流体の出口として機能する第2開口部とを含む、請求項13又は14に記載のハウジング。
- 流体を濾過する方法であって、
入口を通してフィルタに流体を導入することと;
フィルタのハウジング内に形成された流体チャネルであって、約60mm以下のハウジングの軸方向の螺旋ピッチを有する螺旋パターンを有し、ハウジングの内面の隆起部分の間に形成される流体チャネルを通して流体を方向付けることと;
流体を、隆起部分と直接接触している膜に通すことと
を含む方法。 - 前記流体チャネルを通して流体を方向付けることが、前記流体を膜に通すことの前に実行される、請求項16に記載の方法。
