Claims (15)
- 管状エンクロージャと、前記管状エンクロージャ内部に構成されている、光源光を生成するように構成されている複数の光源とを備える、光生成デバイスであって、前記光源が固体光源を含み、前記エンクロージャが、前記光源光の少なくとも一部に対して透過性であるエンクロージャ材料を含み、前記エンクロージャ材料が、剛性のポリマー発泡体材料を含み、前記ポリマー発泡体材料が、10~95体積%の範囲から選択される、ガス空隙を含む前記ポリマー発泡体材料の総体積に対する、前記ガス空隙の体積分率を有し、前記管状エンクロージャが、少なくとも400mmの管長さと、0.5~6mmの範囲から選択される壁厚さとを有する、光生成デバイス。
- 前記管長さが、少なくとも1200mmであり、前記壁厚さが、少なくとも1mmであり、前記ガス空隙を含む前記ポリマー発泡体材料の前記総体積に対する、ガス空隙の前記体積分率が、30~95体積%の範囲から選択される、請求項1に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記管状エンクロージャが、前記空隙のサイズの勾配、及び/又は、壁厚さの変動を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記複数の光源が、同じスペクトルパワー分布を有する光源光を生成するように構成されている、n1個の光源のサブセットを含み、前記管状エンクロージャが、外径D1を有し、n1個の光源の前記サブセットの、前記n1個の光源が、ピッチPを有し、D1≧1.5*Pである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- n1が、最小LED計数値NL,M=(2.7*w1+30)/mに最も近い整数値であるか、又は前記最小LED計数値NL,Mに最も近い、この整数値よりも大きいものである、請求項4に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記壁厚さが、1mmよりも大きく、かつ6mm以下である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記管状エンクロージャが外径D1を有し、前記外径D1が、少なくとも30mmかつ最大で50mmの範囲から選択される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記ガス空隙が、少なくとも0.02mmかつ最大で1.8mmの数平均粒径を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 第1の扇形によって画定されている、前記管状エンクロージャの第1の細長部分が、第1の反射率R1を有し、第2の扇形によって画定されている、前記管状エンクロージャの第2の細長部分が、第2の反射率R2を有し、R1>R2である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記第1の反射率R1が、少なくとも50%の範囲から選択され、前記第2の反射率が、5~40%の範囲から選択される、請求項9に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記第1の細長部分内の前記ガス空隙が、最大で0.5mmかつ最小で0.02mmの数平均粒径を有し、前記第2の細長部分内の前記ガス空隙が、少なくとも0.6mmかつ最大で1.8mmの数平均粒径を有する、請求項9又は10のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記第1の扇形が、45~315°の範囲から選択される第1の中心角θ1を有し、前記第2の扇形が、45~315°の範囲から選択される第2の中心角θ2を有し、240°≦θ1+θ2≦360°である、請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体材料が、PP、SAN、PMMA、PMMI、PC、PU、PET、PEN、又は上述のうちの1つ以上のコポリエステルを含む群から選択される、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 電子構成要素を更に備え、前記電子構成要素が、前記エンクロージャによって包囲されている、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の光生成デバイスを備える、照明器具。
