液体を冷却剤として使用し、前記印刷材料を冷却するように構成された冷却剤源(304)と、を含むディスペンサー(100)。 - 印刷材料を溶融状態に変換し、ディスペンサー出口(116)から印刷用の前記印刷材料を出力するように構成されたホットエンド部分(102)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記ホットエンド部分(102)は、前記ホットエンド部分(102)と前記コールドエンド部分(104)を接続するように構成されたコネクタロッド(118)を含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記ホットエンド部分(102)は、前記印刷材料を溶融するように構成されたヒートブロック(110)を含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記ホットエンド部分(102)は、前記ヒートブロック(110)を覆うように構成されたサーマルジャケット(120)を含む、請求項3に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記ディスペンサー出口(116)は、様々なサイズおよび断面の原材料を処理するように構成されたノズルである、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記ノズルは交換可能である、請求項6に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記ホットエンド部分(102)は、ヒートブロック(110)の温度を測定するように構成された温度測定ユニット(114)を含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記らせん状コア部(122)は、原材料が通過するための導管(126)を含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記らせん状コア部は、前記コア部(122)と前記冷却剤の接触面積を増加させ、冷却効率を高めるように構成される、請求項8に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記コールドエンド部分(104)は、前記コールドエンド部分(104)のジャケットとするように構成されるケーシング(124)をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のディスペンサー(100)。
- 前記らせん状コア部(122)中の前記冷却剤の流量を制御するためのポンプをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記ポンプと連通し、前記印刷材料の必要な温度に基づいて前記流量を制御するための遷移領域130中の温度センサー123をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のディスペンサー。
- 前記印刷材料の必要な温度は前記ヒートブロック上方の任意場所の融点よりも低い、請求項13に記載のディスペンサー。
