(b)1つ以上の開口部を含む固体支持体を提供する工程であって、前記開口部の各々の上に膜が形成され、前記膜が第2の脂質を含み、前記膜が前記検出装置内のトランスチャンバからシスチャンバを分離する工程、及び
(c)前記天然ナノポアタンパク質を含むナノポア-ナノディスク複合体の前記集合に前記1つ以上の膜を接触させて、天然ナノポアタンパク質を前記膜の各々に同化させる工程、
