Claims (12)
- 印刷材料をプリンターに供給することと、
冷却剤源から液体冷却剤を受け取ることと、
前記印刷材料が溶融温度未満に保持するために、らせん形状のコアで前記液体冷却剤を使用して前記印刷材料を冷却することと、
熱源によって前記印刷材料を加熱することと、
前記ディスペンサーを使用して印刷用の前記印刷材料を分配することと、を含む、ディスペンサーを使用して物体を印刷するための方法。 - 前記コアのらせん形状は、前記コアと前記冷却剤の接触面積を増加させ、冷却効率を向上させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷材料は前記ディスペンサーの前記コールドエンド部分で冷却される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷材料は前記ディスペンサーの前記ホットエンド部分で加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却剤は所定の温度、pH値および純度で貯蔵される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却剤液体の受け取りは、濾過システムによる前記液体冷却剤の濾過を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過システムは、前記液体冷却剤から汚染物を除去するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却剤液体の受け取りは、輸送システムにより前記冷却剤を前記ディスペンサーに輸送することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却剤液体の受け取りは、前記液体冷却剤を前記冷却剤源に戻すことをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却は、前記ディスペンサーの前記コールドエンド部分でらせん状のコアを使用して前記液体冷却剤を冷却することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷材料の温度が設定温度以下に制御されるように、前記コア内の流量を制御することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記設定温度はヒートブロックの上方の任意の場所での前記印刷材料の融点よりも低い、請求項11に記載の方法。
