Claims (12)
- ワーキングチャネルを有する内視鏡と、装置とを備えるシステムであって、
前記装置は、
管状の遠位部材であって、当該遠位部材を貫通する管腔を含む前記遠位部材と、
管状の延長部材であって、近位端と、前記遠位部材の周りに配置される遠位端と、当該延長部材を貫通する管腔とを含む前記延長部材と、
管状の近位部材であって、当該近位部材を貫通する管腔を含む前記近位部材と、
前記近位部材から遠位方向に延出し、前記ワーキングチャネルに収容され得るシャフトと、
前記遠位部材の遠位端のコネクタであって、前記遠位部材の前記管腔、前記近位部材の前記管腔および前記延長部材の前記管腔を、前記内視鏡の近位端に流体接続するように構成された前記コネクタと
を備え、
前記近位部材は、前記延長部材の前記近位端の内側にスライド可能に配置されておりかつ前記シャフトの調整可能有効ワーキング長に対応する目的位置へとテレスコピック式に調整可能であり、
前記装置は、
前記遠位部材と前記延長部材とのうちの一方に設けられた複数の位置決め用凹部と、前記遠位部材と前記延長部材とのうちの他方に設けられた、径方向に付勢され径方向突出位置と径方向後退位置との間で弾性移動可能な突出部とを含むロック用アセンブリであって、径方向に付勢された前記突出部が前記複数の位置決め用凹部のうちの選択された一つと係合することで、前記目的位置で前記遠位部材と前記延長部材とを互いに対して固定するように構成される前記ロック用アセンブリをさらに備える、システム。 - 前記シャフトの前記調整可能有効ワーキング長は、前記コネクタから前記シャフトの遠位末端までの前記シャフトの長さである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフトは、前記延長部材の前記管腔を通ってそして前記遠位部材の前記管腔を通って延在し、前記内視鏡の前記ワーキングチャネルを通して挿入可能であり、
前記シャフトの前記調整可能有効ワーキング長は、前記シャフトが前記ワーキングチャネルの遠位端を越えて所定距離だけ延出可能であるようなものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記目的位置は、前記ロック用アセンブリの少なくとも1つの所定の固定位置を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック用アセンブリの、径方向に付勢された前記突出部は、前記近位部材の周りの、径方向に付勢された複数の突出部のうちの一つであり、前記ロック用アセンブリの前記複数の位置決め用凹部は、前記延長部材に沿った複数の開口部である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 径方向に付勢された前記複数の突出部と前記複数の開口部とは複数の所定の目的位置において前記近位部材と前記延長部材とを互いに対して固定するように位置合わせ可能である、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の所定の目的位置は、予め決められた前記シャフトの複数の有効ワーキング長に対応する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の開口部は、複数の目的位置に対応する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 径方向に付勢された前記複数の突出部は、前記近位部材を前記延長部材から係合解除するために径方向に圧縮可能なボタンを備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記所定距離は、約8センチメートルである、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記管状の延長部材は、前記管状の遠位部材の周りに取り外し可能に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管状の近位部材と前記管状の遠位部材とは同軸である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
