- 被計測流体が流れる主流路と、
液滴が流れる副流路と、
前記主流路に流れる前記被計測流体における流量または前記被計測流体に含まれる成分の濃度を計測する計測器と、を備える、
物理量計測装置。 - 前記副流路は、前記主流路に対して重力方向下側になるように配置されている、
請求項1に記載の物理量計測装置。 - 前記主流路を多層に分割する仕切板を更に備える、
