Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to dermatological compositions.
One of the functions required of skin care products is ``moisturizing''. Conventionally, components that make up interkeratinocyte lipids such as ceramides, sphingolipids, and lecithin; components that exist within corneocytes such as natural moisturizing factor (NMF); and components that originally exist in the dermis such as hyaluronic acid and collagen. The formulation contains ingredients that exhibit various moisturizing effects, such as polyhydric alcohols, oils, sugars, and plant extracts.
Among these ingredients, coenzyme Q10 continues to attract attention as an ingredient with exceptionally excellent moisturizing ability. However, although coenzyme Q10 can exhibit exceptionally excellent moisturizing ability, when it is blended in high amounts with the expectation of a moisturizing effect, there are problems such as the odor of the raw material becoming noticeable and hindering formulation, and the problem of stickiness after application. There is a problem that the feeling persists.
To address the problem of raw material odor, masking the odor using fragrances may be an option, but adding fragrance to a preparation also depends on the user's preference for odor, so it cannot be said to be the best method of improvement. Therefore, there is a need to develop methods other than masking methods to suppress odors. Attempts have been made to suppress odor changes over time in preparations containing coenzyme Q10 (for example, see Patent Document 1). However, this attempt was aimed at suppressing deterioration over time and odor in oil-based skin compositions, and did not lead to a fundamental solution to suppressing the raw material odor of coenzyme Q10.
On the other hand, in order to reduce stickiness, it is necessary to incorporate a low amount of coenzyme Q10, and the desired moisturizing effect cannot be imparted. Various attempts have been made to suppress stickiness in preparations containing coenzyme Q10 (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3). However, these attempts have the disadvantage that formulation requires ingenuity and preparation is time-consuming.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned prior art, and even if the main function of coenzyme Q10 is highly blended to fully exhibit its main function, the raw material odor of coenzyme Q10 can be significantly reduced, and An object of the present invention is to provide a skin composition that can significantly reduce the sticky feeling after application.

The skin composition of the present invention is characterized by containing the following component A, the following component B, and the following component C.
Component A: Coenzyme Q10
Component B: Unsaturated fatty acid ester oil Component C: Amino acid
The details of each component used in the skin composition of the present invention will be explained below.
[成分A]
[Component A]
The above component A is coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is a compound also known as coenzyme Q10, CoQ10, ubiquinone, and ubidecarenone. In the present invention, by using component A, it is possible to impart extremely excellent moisture to the skin after application, a so-called moisturizing effect.
In addition, the said component A is not specifically limited, even if it is a single raw material or a mixed raw material with other components. In the present invention, a commercially available product can be used as the component A. Commercially available products of coenzyme Q10 include, for example, Solfonte Q10, Phytopresome Q10, Phytopresome Lipo-Q, Presome Q10 (trade names, all manufactured by Nippon Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.), and the like.
The content of component A in the skin composition of the present invention is greater than 0.3% by mass and 1.0% by mass or less. From the viewpoint of feeling in use, the content is more preferably 0.9% by mass or less. In the present invention, even if component A is blended in a high proportion, specifically, in an amount greater than 0.3% by mass, raw material odor can be significantly reduced by combining it with the components described below. In addition, in the present invention, since a high amount of component A can be incorporated, it goes without saying that an extremely excellent moisturizing effect can be achieved. Note that the content of component A is the amount converted to pure content.
[Component B]
The above component B is an unsaturated fatty acid ester oil. Surprisingly, in the present invention, by using the component B, the raw material odor of the component A can be reduced, which is a particularly remarkable effect that has not been known in the past.
Evaluation criteria for sticky feeling after application>
◎ (Very good): Does not feel sticky at all and has an optimal feel ○ (Good): Slightly feels sticky but has a good feel △ (Insufficient): Slightly sticky and has a good feel It cannot be said that the usability is good × (Poor): It clearly feels sticky and the usability is poor.
From the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that the skin compositions obtained in each example had a higher content of coenzyme Q10 than those obtained in each comparative example. First, it can be seen that the raw material odor caused by coenzyme Q10 can be significantly suppressed, and the sticky feeling after application can be significantly reduced. On the other hand, it can be seen that Comparative Examples 1 to 3, which did not satisfy the essential components of the present invention, and Comparative Examples 4 to 5, in which other components were substituted, did not fully exhibit the effects of the present invention.
As is clear from these results, the skin composition of the present invention solves the problems of both raw material odor and sticky feeling in compositions with a high content of coenzyme Q10, which were difficult to solve in conventional attempts. It turns out that this is something that can be solved.
