Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a packaging material for storing and packaging objects such as clothing, shoes, cosmetics, daily necessities, small home appliances, precision instruments, fragile items, and pharmaceuticals in a cardboard box, and a method for removing a sheet-like valve body. Regarding air injection methods and air-filled buffer bags, in particular, it is possible to obtain a desired packaging state without damaging the original packaging appearance of the box, such as a cardboard box, and without requiring complicated packaging work. The present invention relates to a device that is devised to reliably prevent damage caused by careless movement of objects to be packed during transportation.
When packing and transporting items such as clothing, shoes, cosmetics, daily necessities, small home appliances, precision equipment, and fragile items in a cardboard box, the items may be accidentally placed inside the cardboard box during transportation. There is a concern that it may move and be damaged. Therefore, various cushioning materials are placed in cardboard boxes to prevent the objects to be packed from being accidentally moved during transportation.
As a packaging material using such a shock absorber, there is one that uses an air bag in which a plurality of air chambers filled with air are connected.
However, the above-mentioned packaging material using an air bag requires a cumbersome packing operation in which the item to be packed is wrapped in the air bag and then the extra space created in the cardboard box is filled.
The present inventor has already developed a packaging structure described in
This packaging structure uses an air-filled shock absorber that is deployed on one side and the top of a cardboard box as a packaging material, and air is supplied through an air injection opening formed in the cardboard box. The air injection part installed in the filling type buffer is taken out to the outside of the cardboard box to inject air, and it has already been commercialized and marketed, and is being developed by some packaging companies. .
However, in the case of the packaging structure of
On the other hand, the most popular type of cardboard box is the A-type, which is closed with an inner lid and an outer lid, and is used for so-called tangerine boxes and moving houses. There has been a desire for a technology that allows a desired packaging state to be obtained with a simple packing operation into a box with a lid.
The present invention is based on the current state of the art, and has been achieved by finding a path etc. that allows air to be injected into the air-filled buffer inside the cardboard box packed using a conventional method without performing any processing on the cardboard box. The purpose of this is to eliminate the complication and complexity without damaging the original packaging appearance of the cardboard box, in other words, without creating any openings that can be seen from the outside in the cardboard box when the packaging is complete. Packing materials, sheet valve removal method, air injection method, and air filling type that eliminate the need for extensive packaging work and reliably prevent damage to the packaged items due to careless movement during transportation. The purpose is to provide a buffer bag.

According to a method for removing a sheet-like valve body according to claim 8, the method includes a box and an air-filled buffer bag installed in the box, and the air-filled buffer bag has one end injected with air. It consists of a sheet-like valve body with an inlet and an air outlet at the other end, and a buffer bag main body. The air discharge port side of the sheet-like valve body is inserted into the buffer bag main body, and the air inlet side is inserted into the buffer bag main body. The box is configured to extend outward in the longitudinal direction of the buffer bag body, and the box includes a box body having an opening, an inner lid and an outer lid provided in the box body that close the opening. In the sheet-shaped valve body removal method of taking out the sheet-shaped valve body to the outside of the box, the air inlet side of the sheet-shaped valve body is removed from the closed inner lid. Since the sheet-like valve body is removed from the box by passing it between the end and the bent part of the outer cover, passing between the upper surface of the inner cover and the lower surface of the outer cover, and taking it out to the outside of the box, Air can be injected efficiently by ensuring sufficient expansion margin.
According to a ninth aspect of the air injection method, the air injection method includes a box and an air-filled buffer bag installed in the box, and the air-filled buffer bag has an air injection port at one end. Here, the box referred to in the present invention includes boxes of various shapes and sizes made of cardboard, cardboard, synthetic resin, etc., and consists of a box body and a lid, and the box body includes: An opening is formed in at least a part of the box to allow the object to be packed in and out, and the lid consists of an inner lid and an outer lid, each of which includes a single-open type or double-open type lid connected to the box body.

(2) Packing procedure (see Figures 6 to 12)
Next, a procedure for packaging the object to be packed 81 using the
First, as shown in FIG. 6, the air-filled
In addition, the remaining
Of course, everything may be done manually, but if the series of packing operations is carried out using a belt conveyor, roller conveyor, etc. (not shown), the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the object to be packed 81 is carried into the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the
In this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the double-opening
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the
Note that air A is supplied to the
As the injection of air A progresses, the buffer bag
That is, the
As a result, in the
After filling the air A, as shown in FIG. 11, the

The
Therefore, the explanation of the configuration of the parts common to the first embodiment will be omitted here, and the explanation will be focused on the configuration unique to this embodiment that is different from the first embodiment.

In this embodiment, the

[Third embodiment] (see FIG. 15)
The
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 15, the sheet-
In this embodiment, the
