Claims (8)
- 第1の方向に並んで配置された複数のユニットと、
前記複数のユニットを前記第1の方向に拘束する拘束部材とを備え、
前記複数のユニットの各々は、
前記第1の方向に並んで配置され、角型形状を各々有する複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを収容して前記第1の方向に支持するケースとを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記ケースは、前記拘束部材により前記第1の方向に圧縮されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルは、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に沿って並ぶ2つの電極端子を各々有し、
前記ケースは、前記第2の方向において前記複数の電池セルを支持している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の電池セルを互いに電気的に接続するバスバーをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数のユニットと電気的に接続された配線部材をさらに備え、
前記配線部材は、電圧を検出する電圧検出線を含み、
前記電圧検出線は、前記複数のユニットの各々に少なくとも1つ以上配置されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ユニットは、2個以上の電池セルを含み、
前記2個以上の電池セルの各々の出力密度は、8000W/L以上である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 角型形状を各々有する複数の電池セルが第1の方向に並ぶように前記複数の電池セルをケースに収容して前記ケースが前記複数の電池セルを支持するユニットを形成する工程と、
複数の前記ユニットを前記第1の方向に沿って配列する工程とを備える、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 拘束部材によって複数の前記ユニットを前記第1の方向に拘束する工程をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
