Claims (8)
- 貯蔵タンクの上部に設けられ、前記貯蔵タンクに収容された粉体表面の中心部までの距離である第1距離を測定波によって垂直方向に測定可能に設けられた第1変位計と、
前記垂直方向に対し、所定の角度を付けた前記粉体表面までの距離である第2距離を測定波によって測定可能に設けられた第2変位計と、
前記第1変位計の測定結果、前記第2変位計の測定結果および前記貯蔵タンクに収容される粉体の種別に基づいて、前記粉体表面の表面形状が陥没形状である場合を含む前記粉体の在庫量を算出する算出部と
を備えることを特徴とする在庫量算出装置。 - 前記算出部は、
前記粉体の種別に応じた安息角および陥没径に基づいて前記粉体の在庫量を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 前記第1変位計によって測定された前記第1距離と、前記第1変位計から前記貯蔵タンクの下部に設けられた前記粉体の排出口までの距離がほぼ等しい場合に、在庫を排出できないおそれのある陥没が発生したことを検知する検知部
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 前記算出部は、
前記表面形状が山形状である場合、および、前記表面形状がすり鉢形状である場合の前記粉体の在庫量を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 前記算出部は、
前記粉体の種別および前記表面形状に応じた算出式を用いて前記粉体の在庫量を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 前記算出部は、
複数の前記貯蔵タンクについての前記第1距離および前記第2距離を取得し、前記第1距離および前記第2距離に基づいて前記貯蔵タンクそれぞれの前記粉体の在庫量を算出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 前記粉体は、マッシュ系を含む飼料である
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の在庫量算出装置。 - 貯蔵タンクの上部に設けられ、前記貯蔵タンクに収容された粉体表面の中心部までの距離である第1距離を測定波によって垂直方向に測定可能に設けられた第1変位計と、前記垂直方向に対し、所定の角度を付けた前記粉体表面までの距離である第2距離を測定波によって測定可能に設けられた第2変位計とを有する在庫量算出装置が実行する在庫量算出方法であって、
前記第1変位計の測定結果、前記第2変位計の測定結果および前記貯蔵タンクに収容される粉体の種別に基づいて、前記粉体表面の表面形状が陥没形状である場合を含む前記粉体の在庫量を算出する算出工程
を含むことを特徴とする在庫量算出方法。
